“We live an hour away and still only go to Frank's Monster Munchies Cantina when we want carne asada. We have tried numerous places in VA for the last 6yrs trying to find the same taste as back home (Cali) and was constantly disappointed till we tried Franks. y'all are the only place that delivers that same quality and taste we were missing/looking for. The atmosphere is one of a kind and always top notch service and respect.”

“My girlfriends and I tried their dining experience yesterday and we were not disappointed at all. Our server, Cat, was amazing! We started with some drinks, which she made and OMG the Belle Isle, which has Lavender Moonshine in it, is now one of my favorite drinks! 🍹 We had the fried oysters and crab dip appetizers. The oysters were so fresh and was battered and fried perfectly, I must say. The crab dip with pita bread was so delicious! We all said we could have eaten that and would have been completely satisfied. We all ordered the same entree, the Cobb Salad, with ranch dressing. Everything was so fresh! To top everything off, we visited The Market, which is their pastry/bakery shop. I purchased the HoHo cupcake, a lemon zinger cookie and a chocolate chip cookie. I’ve eaten some of the lemon zinger and it is delicious! The General Manager was very nice and shared with us the history of this wonderful establishment. This is a place where you can take your family, have a nice day or night date, they have space for a private party or if you just want to have a nice meal at the bar. I am definitely returning. “As of yesterday, I was a first timer....we ordered the baked lasagna and a steak n' cheese sub. The food was DELICIOUS, and arrived in a timely manner, still warm,, and packaged nicely....we are ordering the baked lasagna again tonight, and trying the pizza....I highly recommend this restaurant, and have started spreading the word....also, warm and friendly customer service, which can be truly hard to find.”

“My wife and love going here. The food was really good. The service was great. Our server was J. Trammic and he was excellent. The only issue we had was with fries on my plate. I had the lobster, shrimp, and Salmon. The salmon and lobster were covered in butter. The bad part was that the fries were on the plate when the butter was applied which soaked the fries in butter. This made the fries very soft and mushy.”

“My son and I came into the establishment for lunch after his 2nd grade graduation this week and it was a Friday. Service was quick and fast. Food came out hot and fresh! My only issue was a bunch of teenagers in the corner of the restaurant. It was 12pm so I was confused why they wasn’t in school. They were vaping as well inside the restaurant while customers were eating. While we were eating. Staff didn’t say anything to them. Seems like the normal here at this location.”

“Nice convenient location. Needs to work on speed but that's more of a system flaw than the actual performance of the store. Most items on the menu are typically available regardless of peak times. The store manager is nice and caring as well. Again this store is great but McDonald's and other major FAST food chains aren't fitting that FAST food theme anymore and has not for years. Technology impacts the overall efficiency of this company and significantly needs balance or an update.”

We held a private gathering there on March 9, 2026, after a funeral, and they treated our entire family with so much love and care. Anthony was amazing from start to finish, staying in contact, checking in, and making sure everything went smoothly. The whole family and staff were just as kind, welcoming, and attentive. We had over 75 people, and everyone raved about the food (which was delicious!) and the service. They truly went above and beyond for us. After the event, a few of us stayed and talked with their Nona (Mima). She is one of the warmest, sweetest souls I’ve ever met. We shared stories and hugs, and it meant so much. Mama Rosa’s is a treasure. If you’re thinking about going — GO! Don’t think twice.”

Pour Girls was the best! The space is reasonably priced, we have our own bar and restrooms all upstairs. It comfortably seated all our guests with some room left for dancing. The food was excellent, the service friendly, professional and like we were old friends. I highly recommend them for their brunch or anytime. And if you have an event, check them out.”

“I came to Baked today on a friend’s recommendation and I am already hooked. I eat a lot of grilled cheese sandwiches and theirs is the BEST! They chop up the bacon and it was cooked perfectly. The staff is very friendly as well. This is not just a pizza place, they have breakfast, sandwiches, ice cream, a big wine bottle selection, full bar, gaming play area and cozy corner. It has it all!! I will be back to work from here and enjoy all they have to offer.”

“I am a regular and local customer and I visit here at least once every other month. But this evening I ordered online and I get the notice to come pick up my curbside order, I arrive and there are no available numbered parking spots. So I entered number one and hoping to catch the server once they come out the door. This is happened previously so I tried it this time and unfortunately I called and never got anyone to pick up. I sat in the car for 40 minutes and was on hold for over 20 minutes. Poor service and the server Kahieal, asked Me why didn’t I call or put the correct number in the check in and I stated I was on the phone for over 20 minutes and no one picked up. And there were no available numbers slots to enter so I entered #1 just to be able to check in. He wasn’t pleasant with his response. Usually the servers are very polite and professional, but this evening lacked professionalism. Something needs to be done about others parking in the crub side parking spots and then NOT answering the phone when you have several bags on the counter for curbside. Which I had to get out my car and come in for pick up instead of curb service..”
