McDonald's in Hampton

“I had a great experience at the McDonald’s on Mallory Street in Hampton! The staff was excellent from start to finish—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The manager was especially kind and welcoming, which really stood out. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and had a very hospitable atmosphere. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work. And they were super nice to my kids“

“Great easy cheap options for adults and children. Its cheaper to buy the 5$ meal burger or mc chicken fries drink and a 4 piece nugget. It's a deal! Go get you some plus its filling even if you need two of those meals its still under 20 bucks!!“

“My daughter and I frequent this McDonalds. Well we went this morning around 830. They were very busy. But let me tell you this…from the lady taking the order on the speaker to the last gentleman that gave us the order they were AMAZING!! They were so friendly and polite. I’m not saying the service was bad before but TODAY!!! I wanted to go through drive thru again and get something else ? Very well 3/14/2024 morning crew!!!!“

“So I was late for work due to a tire issue, I made it to McDonald's after an hour, I ordered a macchiato coffee- they didn't have it but they offered an equivalent substitute... that put me in a better mood
So all in all they helped change my mood for the better. 😀“

“Nice convenient location. Needs to work on speed but that's more of a system flaw than the actual performance of the store. Most items on the menu are typically available regardless of peak times. The store manager is nice and caring as well. Again this store is great but McDonald's and other major FAST food chains aren't fitting that FAST food theme anymore and has not for years. Technology impacts the overall efficiency of this company and significantly needs balance or an update.“

“I ordered two McChickens, two sweet teas, and a medium fry for pickup, and everything was fresh and tasted great. The location was pretty busy, but they still got the order out quickly and accurately. Solid experience overall, especially considering the high traffic!“

“Fast service at the drive through. Friendly people at the window and my order was ready and out the window as soon as I pulled up. The only thing is I like for them to verify the order to me before I take it. I’ve been handed wrong orders before. ??‍♀️ Only a suggestion McDonald’s, verify customers orders as you’re handing them out the window. Thanks!“

“I don't like eating out much as customer service is always lacking. I'm a manager at a restaurant and always notice bad service. But the lady (Taysha) at the window that took my order haf the best customer service I'd seen in a while. I was not given a receipt buy the other person and wanted to praise this employee, Need more employees like her.“
