Its McDonald's, I get its not a 5 star restaurant, it gets busy and it isn't the best place to work at but I have noticed the quality getting worse over the past few months. I'm hoping that this finds management that cares and can reiterate taking pride in their work because getting my fries upside down in a bag, the burgers not made the way I asked and burgers not properly wrap is such a disappointment when the bar is already low.
Vontoe has superior Customer Service food is good every Sunday when I come we recommend you to come here!!
There was a hair in the food. When my husband attempted to be discreet, the manager made a big deal about it. He said he would like a replacement, and he did get it, but only after avoiding him and putting out many orders ahead of his replacement.

The location at the intersection of Neil Armstrong Parkway and Commander Shepard Boulevard is not ideal, with a cramped parking lot and a road that can cause damage to low-riders. Overall, this location is a reliable place to get standard food, though the employee turnover is high.
