Zero star! 2 Big breakfast was a disaster. Every thing was dry and hard, not chewable. We were charged extra for 2 chicken patties instead of pork patties.

The food at this location is always fresh and hot. My only issue is when they shut down the store because the system is down. Apparently management does not know how to communicate the issue and advise loyal patrons that if you used the mobile app to place your order a refund will be issued within 24 hours. Instead they give attitude.

When I came into the restaurant there was only one person waiting for there food. Ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for a double cheeseburger and fries all while the employees continued to yell at each other while trying to prepare food. Save yourself the hassle and go to the restaurant next door. On a positive note the employees were nice to the customers and asked if we needed refills once the kitchen got settled.

Went inside today and the employees were yelling at each other. They took a really long time to give me my order and it made wrong. If I am waiting for 30+ min for fast food I at least expect it to be made correctly.
We went here after my daughter’s swim class and we placed our order of two kids meals a Big Mac a quarter pounder and got the two kids meals and sprites immediately but had to wait about 30 mins for the rest of the food. When we got back to our house we drank the sprites while eating the food and the sprites and ZERO flavor!

Mcdonalds is not a trash place to go get food. If you like pickles, make sure you order extra extra extra pickles. They only give one pickle. Oh also no onions on the mcdoubles when it's supposed to come with them. Also if you ask for something it should be done. I will never go to the McDonald's by me ever again. Yall want more money? Then actually work to deserve it.

I have had poor experiences in the past but I have seen a tremendous improvement to attention to detail, regarding order accuracy. I would still double check your order before leaving but overall I can say they have earned an updated and fair review. My kids always love the checked nuggets.
