“I’ve had nothing but good experiences when coming to this store. All of the partners I’ve interacted with have been friendly and efficient when coming to making my order and if they have messed up my order by giving me dairy instead of a milk substitute I ask for, example: soy or oat. They never have made me feel guilty or giving me attitude for asking them to remake it since I can’t have regular milk. That’s why they have been my main Starbucks I visit. Keep up the good work partners.“

“Fast friendly service, perfectly situated to not have to get bogged down in the Frey of the shopping crowd. The one not so much of a plus that’s not their fault is that parking sucks. Parking is not available for just popping in and out you have to park and it’s not close to the store. Overall good location if you’re in the area any way.“

“Definitely a lively and happy crew working this morning. Starbucks is always the same as far as the beverages but what sets a good experience vs a bad experience is the crew behind the counter. These guys were happy and energetic. Really a good start to the day to see people that love what they do!“

“This location is in HarrisTeeter in the front of the store but fairly well separated to give the traditional Starbucks feel. A friend and myself have met for coffee here a few times now. Each time the service was quick and the order done perfectly.The downside is it is small. We've seen the line grow quite long very quickly because they keep only one register open, which is adequate most of the time. They have little room to work which looks like it would make it difficult for two people to be making different beverages simultaneously.“

“We ordered the Oreo milk tea wow and Oreo coffee wow. The service was friendly and fast. We got our drinks a few minutes after we ordered. I wasn’t a big fan of the Oreo in my milk tea, it may be a texture thing for me? The boba was soft and chewy. They used lactaid milk in my drink. In my opinion, that took away from the flavor of milk tea, it was a little bland for me. Overall, not a bad location with great service!“

“There was some confusion on who was handling the drive-thru. My order was ready, but the young lady took 2 orders before coming to check on me at the window. Then she switched out to a young man to hand me the doughnuts. He said he was over here but went to do something. They seem to be short staffed.“

“This Dunkin is located in a gas station. If you go during rush hour on a weekday morning, they won't have quite enough staffing to work too quickly. The staff were really friendly, and the cashier today in particular was really enthusiastic and hustled to get everyone's drink orders done. For not being a standalone store, it did pretty well. One issue I'll note is that they were out of a lot of the hot breakfast ingredients.“
