Portion was about the size of a normal cereal bowl packed with fruits, granola etc. Would recommend and we plan on coming back for “Meet Me In The Alley”, which is the back side outdoor area with a food truck.“

“First time here, and the coffee was great! I got an iced vanilla with caramel and an iced vanilla with brown sugar plus an extra espresso shot. Both drinks were large, and the total came out to around $14. Went through the drive-thru, and the staff was very friendly. There was no wait.“

“4 different types of nitro on tap. I've never seen another place pull this off. I guess that's the benefit of being a coffee shop in a brewery. The light roast option that I got was great.

Staff was super nice. Good amount of people hanging out, sipping coffee, and chatting on a Friday afternoon.

“I popped into Bellarissa last Friday morning to see what all they had to offer. The shop opens a bit late for my typical morning commute but this day had me coming from an early meeting in VB. The cafe is remarkably large with lots of chairs and tables available. It was not busy when I was there. I checked out the menu for beverage and food options and decided to get their iced mocha latte with oat milk and a lovely hazelnut granola pastry. There seemed to be only one worker and things are handmade so prep took a minute and I perused the shop while I waited. The iced mocha was lovely - one thing in particular I liked about it was that there wasn't a huge amount of oatmilk drowning out the coffee - and the pastry was scrumptios. Pricing is on par with larger, more commercial coffee shops. If you happen to be downtown definitely check out this spot. Oh and they also have a mocktail menu available which I will dive into on my next visit.“

“I’ve come here an handful of times and have noticed that every time one of the leads is working, the store is in high spirits and hard at work! I believe their name tag said Lu. My drink never came out wrong and the customer service they provided was exceptional. They’re very attentive and helpful whenever you need some order suggestions as well. The drinks menu is very large, including hot cocoa and apple cider for non-caffeinated drinks. Five stars for me would be if they had soy milk, house-made sauces, and fresh baked goods, but this place is pretty great still, especially considering it's just a hospital cafe!“

“I am from Raleigh North Carolina but was here visiting and was so glad there was a Tim Hortons here. Because my fiance is from Canada so we have been to many different Tim Hortons locations so we wanted to stop here for sure. This Tim Hortons location definitely lived up to the Tim Hortons name unlike some Buffalo New York locations. This one was clean the staff was nice the food was really delicious the ice cap was good. The donuts were fresh tasting really anticipating and hoping they open up a location in the Raleigh area soon!“

“I asked if they had a Java Chip Frappuccino and was told yes, but what I received tasted more like a Mocha Frappuccino…missing the chocolatey coffee notes and crunchy chocolate chips I was expecting. It was still good, but I wish they had let me know it would be a bit different. On the positive side, the place is clean, including the bathroom, and the staff is friendly and nice.“

“How many hidden Starbucks have you run across? Signage and a clap board was there, but I had no idea they were in Chartway Arena.

Staff was fantastic! They first got power for my phone, it was dead. The space is extremely small, just a few table. 99% of their business is take-out.

I utilized the app after I got power. My standing order of a small black blonde put in. Without even asking she did mine as a pour over which was yummy.

The case was pretty weak with fewer selections than others. The space was very clean.

Friendly, I'd say maybe one or two times it maybe sounded like the server might have missed their morning coffee, but nothing I can'tcomplain about . My order's are never wrong, they let me get an ice water and condiments without complaints. Gonna be my go-to coffee shop for awile.

Parking: rush hour can get super busy, drive through line can get super backed up. inside is not a bad choice.
