“Lovely little cafe; very quiet, prices are extremely reasonable. I had the butter pecan scone and the brown sugar caramel shaken espresso. I can honestly say FOR SURE that their shaken espresso is much better than Starbucks; the coffee quality is sublime, perfectly roasted. And the scone was easily the best I’ve had in ages. Take the time to stop by.“

My drink never came out wrong and the customer service they provided was exceptional. They’re very attentive and helpful whenever you need some order suggestions as well. “Great place in the hospital. The baristas are friendly and the coffee comes out quick. Oat and almond milk alternatives if you want them. Espresso drinks come out hot, iced, or blended. The drinks menu is very large, including hot cocoa and apple cider for non-caffeinated drinks. Five stars for me would be if they had soy milk, house-made sauces, and fresh baked goods, but this place is pretty great still, especially considering it's just a hospital cafe!“

“How many hidden Starbucks have you run across? Signage and a clap board was there, but I had no idea they were in Chartway Arena.

Staff was fantastic! They first got power for my phone, it was dead. The space is extremely small, just a few table. 99% of their business is take-out.

I utilized the app after I got power. My standing order of a small black blonde put in. Without even asking she did mine as a pour over which was yummy.

The case was pretty weak with fewer selections than others. The space was very clean.
