“4 different types of nitro on tap. I've never seen another place pull this off. I guess that's the benefit of being a coffee shop in a brewery. The light roast option that I got was great.

Staff was super nice. Good amount of people hanging out, sipping coffee, and chatting on a Friday afternoon.

Lastly, I have only heard great things about the owners of this place. Solid local business are seriously needed. Can't wait to come back.“

“I’ve come here an handful of times and have noticed that every time one of the leads is working, the store is in high spirits and hard at work! I believe their name tag said Lu. My drink never came out wrong and the customer service they provided was exceptional. They’re very attentive and helpful whenever you need some order suggestions as well. “Came to be surrounded by cats and instead was surrounded by people who just wouldn't leave us alone and were being loud. We kept standing up and walking elsewhere to get away from them and they kept following us and surrounding us and talking about inappropriate things like furries, loudly, I believe to harass us and make us feel uncomfortable being there.

Edit: Reached out to staff and they apologized and validated seeing that happen and I appreciate the way they handled things after the fact, just wish somebody did something while we were there if they saw this group of people acting weirdly towards us“

“I wish I could give this place 10 stars. All the food is very fresh, well-prepared, and tastes great together. It's not drowning in a pool of oil or other junk so you feel great after eating. And it's all actually affordable and the portions are the exact right size. Like you can we a small bowl of FRESH mixed fruit for $3.50, and it's delicious. The only slightly negative thing I can even say is their coffee smoothies don't always taste great to me (nothing wrong with them, just coffee + fruit tastes kinda weird to me?). Dunno man, definitely try this place. Affordable, healthy, fresh, delicious.“

“Great place in the hospital. The baristas are friendly and the coffee comes out quick. Oat and almond milk alternatives if you want them. Espresso drinks come out hot, iced, or blended. The drinks menu is very large, including hot cocoa and apple cider for non-caffeinated drinks. Five stars for me would be if they had soy milk, house-made sauces, and fresh baked goods, but this place is pretty great still, especially considering it's just a hospital cafe!“

“Didn’t receive a receipt with my order so I didn’t know the number and the young man called the number and I told him that I didn’t have a receipt so I’m not sure of my number and could you tell me what part of the order was likes he did the guest before me and he just simply put the cup of coffee back down said nothing and walked away this was my first time here as well hopefully it’s better next time“

“I asked if they had a Java Chip Frappuccino and was told yes, but what I received tasted more like a Mocha Frappuccino…missing the chocolatey coffee notes and crunchy chocolate chips I was expecting. It was still good, but I wish they had let me know it would be a bit different. On the positive side, the place is clean, including the bathroom, and the staff is friendly and nice.“

“This Starbucks location is conveniently located inside the Ted Constance Center aka Chartway Arena where it's nice to have access to good coffee during events. There is an outside entrance as well as an entrance inside the arena. The baristas are professional and welcoming. In my experience the coffee is always exactly as ordered. The food is the pre-prepared stuff you get at any Starbucks location. The pricing is consistent with other Starbucks locations and it is clean and well maintained. It's a great place to grab a cup of coffee if you are attending an event or are on the ODU campus.“
