I usually drink my coffee black cause I need too and usually bitter. However, the black coffee here is really good. I had the regular Hawaiian. I forgot what my date had but she loved it too. The cons though is that it gets a little loud especially if the Brewery is open. The location is literally a street away from Kellam and ODU. Rebecca is an absolute all-star! I just recently moved into the area and found this gem of a coffee shop :)The drinks are phenomenal (and she’s great at picking something out if you vaguely know what you like), the service is exceptional, and the people ?Spend your time and money here, it’s worth it.

This place was great! The coffee was good, and we were allowed to bring our dogs inside the building, even though they were not serviced Dogs, which was refreshing. We were able to sit at a table and they were able to relax right next to us. The people there are very animal friendly. The service was good and we will definitely plan to go back.
