“Love this place! Great artsy feel with great food. Made fresh and with care. Healthy “power bowls”. Their chai is awesome. Today I tried the strawberry 🍓 chai and it was delicious, my new favorite. Very welcoming atmosphere. When visiting Norfolk this is our go to place for coffee, tea and lunch! I love their herbivore dish, the tofu is amazing with great flavor and texture. Even non-vegans love it!”

“We drive by Pittie Dog Grill every Wednesday after my daughter finishes gymnastics but have never stopped. This Wednesday, we decided we would and I am SO glad we did. The staff was super friendly and the food was amazing. I can’t wait to go back and try more!”

“We visited the No Frill Bar and Grill for lunch. I had the Funky Chicken Salad which was delicious. The grilled chicken was fork-cut tender and the greens were nice and crisp. Two others in our party had salads and were equally pleased (fried shrimp / Asian inspired), and one of us had a delicious burger and fries. Everything came out in good time, our drinks were refreshed often (never an empty glass), and overall the room and space is very bright and welcoming. The acoustics were fine too. And as an added bonus, the restroom was as close to spotless as a public restroom could be. An excellent choice. I wish I remembered our servers name as she was excellent. Very reasonably priced as well.”

We decided to sit at the bar instead of a window seat I also let the host know if someone cancels or if a Hi top come available please let us know. All you could see was the kitchen door flying open lol as the waitresses was bringing dishes I mean we only do fine dining when we eat out but I honestly wasn’t expecting something at this caliber seriously, you know we eat alot of places and sometimes the food just doesn’t be seasoned the way you expected especially if its plated nicely. Because it’s true we eat with our eyes first! But let me tell you!!! Goddd KISS THE CHEF!! The Owner, Owners whoever lol because every aspect was on point from service to atmosphere it really was unbelievable! I felt like I was in a major city!! Miami especially because I’ve had the oxtail lasagna there so I advised my wife to get that and I got the 37oz Tomahawk for 2 top with crab meat lol I love a good steak seriously. We didn’t get any appetizers because I wanted to save my appetite and my mental was in my pocket lol if you know what I mean but a $100 for a tomahawk with roasted potatoes it was no way I wasn’t gonna have that for dinner and some left for breakfast with cheese eggs in the morning lol Now when my steak came out! I ordered medium in which I expected to see pink because medium requires pink and who orders a well done steak anyway??? I mean it was cooked and seasoned to perfection with roasted potatoes and onions OMG I’M GOING BACK THERE!! Soon!! I taste my wife oxtail lasagna because she just kept saying how much better it tasted here lol so I did and she wasn’t exaggerating I mean the pasta sauce was sweet with garlic Omg how did they make a sauce that good and it had tomato chunks in it not the big crazy chunks but just perfect everything was PERFECT THIS PLACE DESERVES A MICHELIN⭐️ if thats possible in this area Ive ate in numerous countries because of my military background but this place is one for the books!!”

“Our server was Mr. Dee he was well groomed, and neat. He was articulate, knowledgeable of the menu and he gave great suggestive choices. His service was precise and quick to our order. He was professional and welcoming during our visit. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting. The restrooms were neat and clean. I wish there were more workers like Mr Dee in other businesses. He demonstrates awesome customer service and I look forward to eating at this specific IHOP restaurant in the future.”

Pancakes were wonderful and my chicken country fried steak was flavorful and filling. The atmosphere was a little rough. The floor was sticky, food residue was all over tables and floor. The restaurant strangely smelled of baby powder and the booth we sat at gave us a clear view of a bullet hole in the window.”

“I have to start by saying that this food is fantastic. Probably the best greens I've ever had, excellent fish, just all around delicious. I was very impressed by the quality of the food, as well as the pretty good price. The staff was also extremely friendly, helpful, courteous, really all around an excellent experience.

The only, and I mean only detraction from my visit was the "no weapons" sign posted on the door. I have no desire to make this into a political statement, but a sign prohibiting lawful self-defense will only affect the those people who are willing to abide by it. A criminal will ignore such a sign, and the people inside will be left defenseless. Unfortunately, no matter how good the food is, I cannot compromise my safety and I will not be able to return until I am allowed to protect myself.”

I also had the best soft shell crab in the area there a few months ago. Hire a chef versus a cook. More healthy versions of seafood are needed versus mostly fried and salted. As an excellent cook, I could turn this place into a hot neighborhood spot that people could walk to/from. Many times the price does not meet the quality of food unless I order the crab cakes. I have seen waiters bring out broccoli with worms moving around and florets that have overstayed their time in the kitchen.”

“Attended soft opening today. Ate at the bar. Food was great. Menu is filled with a great variety. Staff was well trained. Looking forward to trying more Menu items.”

“Ate here last night. Food is delicious. They do nickel and dime a bit. $3.50 for tortilla chips. Most mexican restaurants serve them complementary. Refills are free but they just bring the chips and you have to ask if you need more condiments. I also was charged a $1.50 because I wanted my tacos Lola’s way. I don’t remember seeing additional $1.50 to have them made that way on the menu. Also, sign outside margueritas are $7 all day everyday but then we we charged $8 each because you had to pay $1 extra for the flavoring. All these lovely add ons add up and you are not aware until the bill comes. Lastly there was a man working behind the bar with a very long beard. Since long hair needs to be tied back - this beard should have been ponytailed, in a net or shaved off. After seeing that I almost threw up my meal and my drink that he prepared.”
