“I was able to come to this restaurant in support of Dining Out For Life Hampton Roads and I was in awe of the atmosphere. The restaurant was so gorgeous and eclectic! I enjoyed not only the food but also the music. I ordered the shrimp appetizer with the Steak platter and it was all so delicious! The portions were quite large so I ended up having to take a Togo box but my waitress Savannah was the most welcoming and she was so attentive. I will definitely be back to this establishment again.“

“Norfolk Botanical Gardens is always a yes. I finally had the pleasure of visiting the Holiday Lights Display. The trail is walkable for all age groups and abilities. (There are benches to sit on all along the way). I highly recommend it, for a memorable experience. 💚🥰🎄☃️“

“Omg where do I start!!! Me and my wife came Friday the 16th!! We didn’t have a reservation and I promise you I suggest making one especially on I house guess the weekend. We decided to sit at the bar instead of a window seat I also let the host know if someone cancels or if a Hi top come available please let us know. After 2 cocktails in which was amazing we got lucky got a seat! All you could see was the kitchen door flying open lol as the waitresses was bringing dishes I mean we only do fine dining when we eat out but I honestly wasn’t expecting something at this caliber seriously, you know we eat alot of places and sometimes the food just doesn’t be seasoned the way you expected especially if its plated nicely. Because it’s true we eat with our eyes first! But let me tell you!!! Goddd KISS THE CHEF!! The Owner, Owners whoever lol because every aspect was on point from service to atmosphere it really was unbelievable! I felt like I was in a major city!! Miami especially because I’ve had the oxtail lasagna there so I advised my wife to get that and I got the 37oz Tomahawk for 2 top with crab meat lol I love a good steak seriously. We didn’t get any appetizers because I wanted to save my appetite and my mental was in my pocket lol if you know what I mean but a $100 for a tomahawk with roasted potatoes it was no way I wasn’t gonna have that for dinner and some left for breakfast with cheese eggs in the morning lol Now when my steak came out! I ordered medium in which I expected to see pink because medium requires pink and who orders a well done steak anyway??? I mean it was cooked and seasoned to perfection with roasted potatoes and onions OMG I’M GOING BACK THERE!! Soon!! I taste my wife oxtail lasagna because she just kept saying how much better it tasted here lol so I did and she wasn’t exaggerating I mean the pasta sauce was sweet with garlic Omg how did they make a sauce that good and it had tomato chunks in it not the big crazy chunks but just perfect everything was PERFECT THIS PLACE DESERVES A MICHELIN⭐️ if thats possible in this area Ive ate in numerous countries because of my military background but this place is one for the books!!“

“I was in the Wards Corner area today and I decided to try Clean Eatz for the first time. I had the chocolate and peanut butter smoothie. The lady behind the register that it is her favorite smoothie because you can not go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate. She was so right because it was very good. “This is is a breathe of fresh air!!! The two ladies and the gentlemen that worked today around 5:41 pm were amazing!!! They all were either, kind, professional, and a very clean environment!!! One of the ladies cleaned the front area, she had it smelling very clean and good!!! The food was so delicious 😋, they deserve recognition and a raise!!! I meant to get their names!!! But I'm sure they know who they are!!! When the other lady had to remake a sandwich for another guest, she was very polite and pleasant!!! “My mom and I visited this location for the first time today. It wasn't busy at all. I went to the kiosk to order the food /drinks and our order was ready within a few minutes. We ordered the two entrees with a side. My mom stated that the half turkey sandwich that she had was a little dry and she have ordered a soup with it. I ordered the half Mediterranean veggie sandwich and it hit the spot.“

I got soup, salad and breadsticks. The soup was warm when I received it so I declined when she offered me another bowl. I told her “the soup tastes good but the temp is warm”. I was still enjoying my salad when a fresh pot was finished and she took it upon herself to bring me a bowl since it was fresh.

She kept our glasses full. Consistently checked (not aggy though) to anticipate our needs - extra napkins, more breadsticks, etc. We were never looking for her. Well done! I’d come back to this location just to sit in her section.“

“The best Thai food in the Virginia Beach area. They have too many locations. The owner runs a business with over 15 years of experience. It’s very authentic Thai food. They have one at Red Mill ( Va beach) and Norfolk. I love all food. Please try it out you will love it. Only one place has authentic Thai food.“

“Wow I was sitting here in Ghana Africa and a thaught came to me. I asked my wife what was the name of that sub place we use to always order from when I was stationed in Norfolk. I was stationed at NOB on the USS Iwo Jima in 1992 until decommissioned in 1993 then to the USS WASP 93 to 96. We used to always order from Cals Pizza and subs. I used to get the cheese steak sub and suicide wings. This place was the best. Good to see they are still in business serving Virginia and the Navy. It brings back good memories for me as a young kid in the Navy.“

“I was leery about coming here due to some recent low reviews regarding service. But I came here since my car is being serviced and had to just go somewhere for lunch while waiting for work on my car to be done in 2 hours!
The restaurant wasn’t crowded, you’d think it’d still be lunch period at 1:30pm. The hostess wasn’t at her station to greet me but was able to walk over. I was immediately seated. It took about 10 minutes after the menu was given to me before the server came around. That’s why it’s not 5 stars! I was ready to order by the time the server came around. I ordered the glazed salmon bowl. It took another 10 minutes before my order came out. The salmon was cooked well. It was on a bed of typical salad: lettuce, seeds, surprise element: broccoli came lightly dressed and with extra helping of dressing if needed. For $18.99 it’s reasonably priced. The server dropped by once to ask if things were okay. He was polite. When done he took away the plate and where I indicated if it’s okay to wait until I get my ride back to the shop. He gave the check and indicated to let him know if there’s anything like dessert to let him know. Ambiance is okay, wish they have more elevated table covers than vinyl covers that look so dingy. Good thing is that the server went around and wiped down the tables in his spare time!“

They are currently closed for remodeling so may I humbly suggest you not set up speaker boxes for the drive through.
It is a waste of thousands of dollars to set up a service you refuse to use.
I see those poor workers out in all weather taking orders. Why should you incur cost for a utility that is wasted....“

“Great place for reasonably priced Hibachi grilled food.

Jumbo Shrimp was the winner. Note: the jumbo Shrimp did have just the tip of the tails still on/rest of the shell was off - if that matters to you. I felt this proportion was the right amount for the value.

The steak was good, but you're not talking about the prime cut.

The vegetables were great! Broccoli, onions, and zucchini. No complaints and grilled through, but not mush.

There was a ton of fried rice - I would have preferred a little more steak or vegetables with only half the amount of rice.

They gave one shot sized container of yum yum sauce and no oyster sauce. It's only 50 cents more for another container, so not expensive - just manage for your preferences. The amount was just a little less than I wish I had. Next time I'll likely order a second one.

They do have both wooden chopsticks and plastic forks, spoons, and knives. Additional soy sauce packets are available for no charge.

Their drinks vary between American and Japanese branded soft drinks and they also have juices.

When ordering, be mindful that their Teriyaki and Hibachi variations use the same pictures and prices, but are included as separate items.

I didn't order the sushi, but they were hand rolling them in. All of their cooking is visible from the dining area.

Both the kitchen and dining areas appeared clean and sanitized. Floors were in good condition and I could tell they mopped recently.

The lighting was good and added some dimension to the seating area, which was a combination of black tones, dark wood, and light floors and walls. It was comfortable, not fancy. There was a loud fan running in the back of the dining area - probably a necessity with the grills and amount of times people came in to pick up orders.

Customer service was fantastic while here. It started with various ordering options: app, kiosk, and people. They have a reasonable, yet limited size menu and menu board, so it's easy to figure out what to order before walking up to the counter/kiosk. Many people came in to pick up to go orders while I was here and it seemed very smooth; these interactions were all positive between staff and delivery personnel/customers.

Food arrived quickly even with the large amount of to go orders they were processing.

For the price, this is a great location I'd recommend.“
