“Norfolk Botanical Gardens is always a yes. I finally had the pleasure of visiting the Holiday Lights Display. The trail is walkable for all age groups and abilities. (There are benches to sit on all along the way). I highly recommend it, for a memorable experience. 💚🥰🎄☃️“

“Met a client for dinner and it was a great recommendation! I had actually eaten already but decided to grab some light bites so that my client didn't have to eat alone.

I ordered the buffalo shrimp and a cup of chili. I like that the shrimp was cooked in the buffalo sauce and not just thrown on when it finished cooking. They were very saucy and I just realized that I failed to get a picture of them.

The cup of chilli was filled to the brim and came with the option of having sour cream, cheese, as well as one of the best pieces of corn bread that I've eaten outside of home. It was thick and sweet and cooked to perfection!

Our server was exceptional, she had the perfect blend of allowing us time and ability to converse while also being discreetly attentive to our needs.

Also ordered a piece of cheesecake to go and it was as delicious as they come, even without toppings! The only tipping that they had was raspberry sauce and I'm more of a strawberry person but this generously portioned cheesecake didn't even need it.

The environment was very intimate and allowed for private conversations. There was also a room which looks like it may be used for somewhat larger groups but I'm not sure.

It did not take long to get a table, as they were ready to seat us immediately upon arrival.

There is an intimate parking lot but I believe the lot adjacent to it can also possibly be used- but I didn't check it out. There is also limited street parking, which could likely be competitive outside of the Sunday that we met.

The menu has a lot of variety and there are options for every type of pallet. Based on my experience, I would definitely return and would recommend them highly.“

“Omg where do I start!!! Me and my wife came Friday the 16th!! We didn’t have a reservation and I promise you I suggest making one especially on I house guess the weekend. We decided to sit at the bar instead of a window seat I also let the host know if someone cancels or if a Hi top come available please let us know. All you could see was the kitchen door flying open lol as the waitresses was bringing dishes I mean we only do fine dining when we eat out but I honestly wasn’t expecting something at this caliber seriously, you know we eat alot of places and sometimes the food just doesn’t be seasoned the way you expected especially if its plated nicely. Because it’s true we eat with our eyes first! But let me tell you!!! Goddd KISS THE CHEF!! Miami especially because I’ve had the oxtail lasagna there so I advised my wife to get that and I got the 37oz Tomahawk for 2 top with crab meat lol I love a good steak seriously. We didn’t get any appetizers because I wanted to save my appetite and my mental was in my pocket lol if you know what I mean but a $100 for a tomahawk with roasted potatoes it was no way I wasn’t gonna have that for dinner and some left for breakfast with cheese eggs in the morning lol Now when my steak came out! I ordered medium in which I expected to see pink because medium requires pink and who orders a well done steak anyway??? I mean it was cooked and seasoned to perfection with roasted potatoes and onions OMG I’M GOING BACK THERE!! Soon!! I taste my wife oxtail lasagna because she just kept saying how much better it tasted here lol so I did and she wasn’t exaggerating I mean the pasta sauce was sweet with garlic Omg how did they make a sauce that good and it had tomato chunks in it not the big crazy chunks but just perfect everything was PERFECT THIS PLACE DESERVES A MICHELIN⭐️ if thats possible in this area Ive ate in numerous countries because of my military background but this place is one for the books!!“

“I was in the Wards Corner area today and I decided to try Clean Eatz for the first time. I had the chocolate and peanut butter smoothie. The lady behind the register that it is her favorite smoothie because you can not go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate. She was so right because it was very good. I also had the good for you nachos.“

We ordered the two entrees with a side. My mom stated that the half turkey sandwich that she had was a little dry and she have ordered a soup with it. “This is is a breathe of fresh air!!! The two ladies and the gentlemen that worked today around 5:41 pm were amazing!!! They all were either, kind, professional, and a very clean environment!!! “Wow I was sitting here in Ghana Africa and a thaught came to me. I asked my wife what was the name of that sub place we use to always order from when I was stationed in Norfolk. I was stationed at NOB on the USS Iwo Jima in 1992 until decommissioned in 1993 then to the USS WASP 93 to 96. We used to always order from Cals Pizza and subs. I used to get the cheese steak sub and suicide wings. This place was the best. Good to see they are still in business serving Virginia and the Navy. It brings back good memories for me as a young kid in the Navy.“

“Carol was our waitress and she was great. She was attentive and very helpful with our ordering. The food arrived quickly and was properly prepared. The fried chicken and onions rings were wonderfully crispy and not greasy. (Thank you Chef) The menu was full of great choices at reasonable prices, compared to many other restaurants. “The best Thai food in the Virginia Beach area. They have too many locations. The owner runs a business with over 15 years of experience. It’s very authentic Thai food. They have one at Red Mill ( Va beach) and Norfolk. I love all food. Please try it out you will love it. Only one place has authentic Thai food.“

“Went here Wednesday around 5 PM after doing some grocery shopping nearby. No customers inside, so was immediately able to order. This was my first time trying iron grill, so I was excited to see what it was all about.

I decided to try the steak and chicken hibachi (8.5/10) I think it was pretty tasty and flavorful, only thing was I felt like the portion of meats could’ve been a little more compared to the large portion of rice and they loaded the vegetable portion with a bunch of onions; whereas, I would’ve liked more zucchini. I also tried the iron grill roll (9/10) I thought it was very good and would get it again.

Didn’t have too long of a wait for the food and you could see while waiting that your order was being freshly made and prepared, so that was a plus. I’ll totally be back again to try more of their rolls and other hibachi combos. They also have teriyaki combos so I would like to see what the difference is regarding flavors.
