“I just had an amazing experience at Five Guys Burgers and Fries! I ordered the Little Bacon Cheeseburger with Cajun-seasoned fries and a vanilla milkshake. Let me tell you, every bite was fantastic! The burger was made from premium meat, cooked to perfection, and packed with flavor. The fries? Freshly cut and made daily, perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of kick. And the milkshake—absolutely incredible! Freshly made every morning with top-quality ingredients, it was the perfect treat to round out my meal.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Emily, who was both welcoming and incredibly helpful. This was my first time eating here, and she really knew her stuff when it came to the menu. Honestly, with her knowledge and customer service skills, I’m surprised she’s not in management or a corporate role—she’s that good!

JR was on the grill, and I could tell right away that he knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the flavors really shined.

“Food was very good. Service was extremely slow. Not much of an atmosphere, had construction ongoing making access to parking lot difficult to get in and out. Handicap parking was available as well as access to facility.

“they do well here considering the high demand, but its frustrating that most of the time when i order a sunjoy with unsweetened tea, i am given one with sweet tea, so i end up paying an upcharge for a drink i dont even want. would be nice if i could get a discount for not getting a drink with a combo, or if they had iced coffee“

“I ordered food through drive thru and my order was messed up so I came back to the establishment the young lady Rikea had the other young lady to correct the mistake with my food . Rikea handled the situation with so much grace and empathy . Her customer service was above and beyond and she deserves to know that her character spoke volumes . She immediately diffused the situation and was Abel to turn a negative into a positive . I never write reviews for companies but I had to make sure to let her know I appreciated her in that moment . “The staff at this BK are the best, and the quality of the food they serve reflects that they care about their customers and want to put out a good looking and tasting product. Every time I’ve ordered here the food takes a minute or two to be made, so prepare for a little bit of a wait. BUT, the food is AMAZING quality! Hot fries every time, cheese melted nicely on the burgers, soft buns and not overloaded with condiments, and they don’t give you a 10:1 ice:drink ratio in your cup! Keep it up folks!“

“These heroes took care of business! This privileged man drove through the drive thru the WRONG way and expected me to back up! I absolutely refused. He told an employee he was prepared to stay put until sundown. I said bring it on! The employees implored him to back up but he refused and tried to bully me into backing up. An employee even came outside to talk some sense into the privileged man. Long story short they finally threatened to call the police. Since he was going the wrong way he finally backed up and went thru the drive thru in the correct direction like a normal sane human being. The employees apologized to me but they didn’t owe me an apology. They were professional and courteous to me. I really appreciate the way they handled a situation caused by an idiot.“

“This has been my best Burger King experience ever. The service from Ms. Orie was superb. She asked me if I wanted “light ice” in my drink and it blew my mind. Very accommodating. I ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissant, and it was the best I’ve ever had in my life. The eggs were fluffy, the sausage was piping hot and the croissant was fresh. This did not taste anything like a fast food meal. I will make sure I come to the airport an hour earlier just to enjoy my Burger King Meal prior to my flight. It would've been a better experience if the waiter/cashier would smile a little because when people have that serious look we as customers don't know how to take their attitude and that makes the customers wonder should we hold a conversation or not!“
