3465 West Chestnut expressway location cashier Thomas was wonderful I couldn't ask for better service and a nicer guy this man deserves a raise
Awesome place and service
Seemed to be an extremely busy morning, however didn’t stop the crew, specifically the manager from greeting the guests politely and in a welcoming manner. As a manager at the greenbrier cinema cafe’ I understand the importance of having great customer service even under pressure, and it was displayed today. Food was made fresh and hot. Shout out to the crew members this morning!

Hardee's offers a welcoming dining experience, noted for its cleanliness and friendly staff. Reviewers consistently mention the restaurant's spotless interior and the professionalism of employees, particularly highlighting the exceptional service provided by team members. One customer praised the young lady who took their order, describing her as superb and emphasizing the remarkable job done by the staff in maintaining a tidy environment.
While the service is generally praised, there are a few concerns mentioned. Some customers experienced issues with their orders, such as missing items and slow service during busy hours. However, the staff's response to these situations has been commendable. For instance, when an order was incorrect, an employee named Rikea handled the matter with grace, turning a negative experience into a positive one through her empathetic approach.
Overall, Hardee's is appreciated for its clean atmosphere and dedicated employees, though improvements in order accuracy and speed during peak times could enhance the experience further.
