The trip before the last time I went they forgot a sandwich. So I had to go all the way back and get it.The last time I went there and ordered a combo I wanted small fries but I wanted a large drink. They said they cannot do that, despite having done the same thing there before and the same thing at every other Rally's location.They didn't exude a customer friendliness attitude. So I think I'll go out of my way to the Virginia Beach location IF I want Rally's again.
Food is awesome as always. Gave 3 stars for service because even though their automated drive thru took the whole order, yet the chicken that was ordered never made it to the staff and was not in the bag with the rest of the food. Also, we ordered multiple drinks and they had no drink holders. It was a juggling act trying to.keep the drinks from spilling all over the car.

I really liked the ice cream cheese cake. I pay $3. 4 a cup?that has a Dome cover & the employee is instructed to NOT to fill it to the top. PLEASE don't charge me full price for a cup that is half full.
