“Disappointed that I received an order that was labels wrong. The sticker was mine but the food wasn't. Simple human error but we hold Chickfila to a higher standard. I wasn't able to go back to a time crunch. Also this location has the better fries because I do not like the ones that they have off of Frederick. They taste fake and not like real potato.“

“My daughter insisted that she needed to have Taco Bell. She's absolutely hooked on Taco Bell. She bought a meal deal and one steak taco and it was $17. I'm pretty sure that my husband and I both had two sandwiches and it was less than $17 really crazy when you think about it! The point is she really enjoyed it and she was content with her meal so that's what really mattered!“

“Drove to this location from Suffolk due to being tired of the poor service and stale food and was not disappointed. They were very busy when we arrived and the line moved surprisingly fast, when we got our food we were offered a burger king crown for our little ones!!! It was such a simple sweet thing that made their day!!! They were so busy that our second fry was forgotten but they gave us an overstuffed large as soon as we let them know. Our new go to BK location!!!!“

“I've used the drive-thru at this location several times and love the ability to customize the order online prior to arriving. I was delighted with all 3 items that I ordered even though I removed meat, cheese, and sour cream. For example, I had the Black Bean Chalupa Supreme fresco with pico de gallo and guacamole -- delicious.“

“Ok yes it's another fast food place. However every time I have a chance I drive thru for a sausage basket ok 2, always hot fresh and fast. I have not tried other menu items as I typically avoid fast food I'm thinking this is actually good food fast. Give it a try and see if I'm wrong.“

“We came in hot and hungry but we left smiling. The store was super clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Someone was cleaning the restrooms as soon as we walked in. “This place is a great pizza place in Smithfield. The people are so nice and the service is fast. Amber is a great manager, who cares about her customers. I have been eating here for 10+ years and have had nothing but great experiences. 5 star for sure!“

“My son and I ordered at the same time. I received my pizza and my son had to go ask about his order after 20 minutes. His pizza had come out, but they couldn't figure out who it went too. Too much disorganization. They made him a new pizza and apologized.“

“When I tell you this is the best subway to go to.i normally goes into this Subway atleast twice a week the customer service is amazing Parbati is the best. She welcome me everytime I go in there never a dull moment, she's very friendly and nice. Since I been working in a different location I don't get to go in there as much, I made my way there today and and she greeted me with the biggest smile , I was so glad to see her. I will go in there if she's not there, but I prefer to go when she is working. She turns a bad day into good day for me. “I just wanted to say I stopped in today. There have been a lot of menu changes which has nothing to do with the location that's all corporate. Even though they had a completely full drive-through and did not have half the things on the menu that I wanted to order they were so very sweet and kind and able to customize an order for me. I think they're doing a great job especially with the hand the corporate has dealt them with menu changes. Very polite workers ♡“

“Every time we come to this Subway, it just feels easy and familiar. I usually order for my mom, my son, and myself, and it’s always a good experience. My son is 10 and loves coming here—he gets so excited to order his own sub and always asks for his two chocolate chip cookies (non-negotiable 😂).
The staff are seriously great. They’re friendly, respectful, and they actually remember my son’s order since he gets the same thing every time. He feels like a regular, and he loves that. He likes this location so much that if someone takes him to a different Subway, he’s genuinely upset.

“Ok so today a friend and I came here for the first time today. The 2 women that were working today around 4pm were amazing. When I say their customer service was not only amazing you could actually tell that they we're dedicated to providing that service. My food was amazing and I promise you this is the only subway I'll be going too. Thanks Ladies.“

“Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this place other than undercooked food which I totally get. The manager is very nice and outgoing, I had to wait for chicken ( on the grill already) he did his best to make sure I was served and just when above and beyond to be nice I don't normally leave reviews at all but I felt obligated.“

“Haven’t been to Burger King for a couple of years, but decided to go in today around 10 o’clock. It was around the end of their breakfast time but I wanted to see if the Whopper was still as good as I remembered it as a kid. Pretty cool that you can order that any time during the day, not a lot of places will do that during their breakfast hours. Food came out pretty good and the place was clean! Only downside is, since I was dining in, the amount of screaming I heard between employees was kinda shocking. I’ve worked in fast food and restaurants before so I know it can get frustrating and stressful especially around rush times BUT generally you don’t want customers hearing that. The employees were polite to the drive through and dine in customers though.“
