She hooked me up with the large meal that I needed, and more, even though everything was done and cleaned up for closing time. That's caring about your customer right there and I really appreciated it!“

“I've used the drive-thru at this location several times and love the ability to customize the order online prior to arriving. I was delighted with all 3 items that I ordered even though I removed meat, cheese, and sour cream. For example, I had the Black Bean Chalupa Supreme fresco with pico de gallo and guacamole -- delicious.“

“I been hearing about this place for years. So I tried the gizzard dinner with fries. The gizzards was great the fries tasted freezer burnt. They could include the drink with the dinner but it was separate. Total was $12. They drive thru is a little different they bring the order out to you.“

“Ok yes it's another fast food place. However every time I have a chance I drive thru for a sausage basket ok 2, always hot fresh and fast. I have not tried other menu items as I typically avoid fast food I'm thinking this is actually good food fast. Give it a try and see if I'm wrong.“

“My daughter and I had a long day today with stops in Norfolk and Virginia Beach near Lynnhaven Mall. By the time we were near Janaf in Norfolk, I was craving a Whopper. There’s another Burger King nearby, but I’ve had a bad experience there, so I always come to this location because the food is consistently fresh even when ordering through the app.

We actually live in Suffolk, about 10 miles away, but we still choose this Burger King because it’s worth the drive. We even passed our exit just so I could get my usual double Whopper (don’t judge!) cut in half. I placed the order but arrived a little early without realizing it. One employee greeted me but couldn’t find the order, and then Billy stepped in. He found it right away and kindly explained that I was early. After the day we’d had, I didn’t even notice. He told me not to worry at all.

When I pulled up to the window, smoke was billowing from the grill — you don’t see that often at Burger King anymore. It told me everything I needed to know: my food was being cooked fresh. When Billy handed me my order, I told him how much his service surprised and impressed me. He is such a nice young man, and his parents clearly raised him well.

Honestly, while I was waiting for my sandwich, I had already decided I was going to leave a review. But when Billy said I made his day, he made mine too. This location continues to earn my business.“

“My daughter insisted that she needed to have Taco Bell. She's absolutely hooked on Taco Bell. She bought a meal deal and one steak taco and it was $17. I'm pretty sure that my husband and I both had two sandwiches and it was less than $17 really crazy when you think about it! The point is she really enjoyed it and she was content with her meal so that's what really mattered!“

“1. Man I was in and out in no time and at 12:30 in the afternoon through that drive thru like speedy Gonzales in a race. Got me a #2 and a Dr Pepper. Large. 2. The nice your lady at the drive thru window was so professional and nice. She had a smile and a winning personality. I was so happy about my visit Im just gonna have to go the extra mile now to come back to this location. Id given 10 stars if they let me. Good job to this crew.“

“Last night I somehow set my order to carryout. Not sure how I did it bc I don’t drive. But I did. I never noticed till I called the store an hour later to check on my order. Once the girl who answered the phone let me know, her first response was, we are happy to remake this and send it out to you! What a relief that was. You just don’t get service like that anymore. I added a small tip for the driver and handed him cash when he got here. But I can’t thank the store enough for fixing my mistake and making this so easy!“

“When I tell you this is the best subway to go to.i normally goes into this Subway atleast twice a week the customer service is amazing Parbati is the best. She welcome me everytime I go in there never a dull moment, she's very friendly and nice. Since I been working in a different location I don't get to go in there as much, I made my way there today and and she greeted me with the biggest smile , I was so glad to see her. I will go in there if she's not there, but I prefer to go when she is working. She turns a bad day into good day for me. “My son and I ordered at the same time. I received my pizza and my son had to go ask about his order after 20 minutes. His pizza had come out, but they couldn't figure out who it went too. Too much disorganization. They made him a new pizza and apologized.“

“I just wanted to say I stopped in today. There have been a lot of menu changes which has nothing to do with the location that's all corporate. Even though they had a completely full drive-through and did not have half the things on the menu that I wanted to order they were so very sweet and kind and able to customize an order for me. I think they're doing a great job especially with the hand the corporate has dealt them with menu changes. Very polite workers ♡“
