Soft pretzels, always fresh, fast service.
I give a 4 because everytime you go in, they have to make something. Im all for fresh, and I love their pretzels, but sometimes its inconvenient. They need their own till in my opinion because it can get confusing if you are the next in line or someone from subway. And please speak up for hard of hearing people.
They are INTOXICATING! The wonderful smells in our mall draws me directly to the best pretzels in the world. I cannot resist and my day goes from good to GREAT and I am in love for a few precious moments.
