“Awesome experience here today. My Significant other is very particular about the way his pretzel is made and the young man did a special order, which was a raisin pretzel ? with almonds all over! A lot of places get it wrong, but they got it just right! We had a great customer experience.“

“This location at Greenbrier Mall (2nd floor near Dillard’s) is apparently permanently closed. ?…Pretzels were so much tastier than the competition downstairs…There is a location (which is the one actually pictured in someone’s earlier review) in Lynnhaven Mall. It’s a kiosk on the 1st Floor near Dillard’s. The 5* is for them because they are good and deserving of support, but they don’t come up in Google Map search.“

“Soft pretzels, always fresh, fast service. I give a 4 because everytime you go in, they have to make something. Im all for fresh, and I love their pretzels, but sometimes its inconvenient. They need their own till in my opinion because it can get confusing if you are the next in line or someone from subway. And please speak up for hard of hearing people.“

“They were quick and quite tasty. Absolutely delightful. The pretzel was fresh and delicious. The salted pretzel and cinnamon ones are my favorite. I tend to get them both together so the salt balances the sweet. Plus affordable. And thanks to mobile I had a big coupon to make it even more so. I recommend them to anyone who wants a snack that is tasty, fresh, and easy to eat.“

“How can I miss a taste of Philly in my own backyard?! This spot is a great little nod to the fresh made pretzels of good ol Philly. I got to chat up the attendant at the desk and she was extremely helpful letting me know about the options and when the next fresh batch would be out!I ordered a bag of 5 along with a spicy mustard, buttercream, and hot nacho cheese dip cups. Each of the dips paired nicely, but I would reserve buttercream for an unsalted pretzel. The salt + sweet were a hard pass on the tastebuds, but definitely worth a try!The hot cheese has a nice kick to it and the mustard was just right on the spice. The pretzels were hot, fluffy, and flavorful. The wait is quick and the service came with a smile. Would to back for more!“

“I've been here a few times. It was super busy today (12/30/18) & their new registers were not programmed correctly to reflect the combo prices. So, they were trying to charge me $3+ extra for the 3 #1 combos I ordered. They rectified it to my satisfaction though, so the experience wasn't that bad. I didn't feel like I was bothering them as other reviews indicated (Lucky me, I guess - Lol!). The pretzels were delicious, and although they were super busy, I was helped quickly. I appreciate that. I will definitely go back.“

“I found myself hostage to emergency hernia surgery last month and the day that I could eat, my wonderful hubby showed up with a bacon, egg and cheese pretzel breakfast sandwich. The fact that I was still alive and being discharged after major surgery in 2 days was a highlight but when he floated in with this I thought, is this what heaven is like? I don't know what happened to the other reviewers experiences but I was beyond happy with my breakfast sandwich! It was moist, my bread soft and the egg, cheese and bacon also perfectly cooked. I only found out about AA when we moved here back in 2011. And then it took me 11 years to find out they had breakfast sandwiches and had it not been for my surgery, I might never have found out! Every follow up visit after hubby has stopped in to get me either another sandwich, a pretzel or pretzel bites and not once (and we're talking at least 4 other visits) was I let down. I have another follow up this Friday and I'll be stopping back by for more heavenly delights!“

“Pretzels?! Salt? Butter? Doughy Delicious Bread? Pretzels are awesome. Admit it, you love 'em! I've always loved Auntie Annes pretzels ever since high school (and that was quite a while ago). They have one of my favorite pretzels there, the almond pretzel - dipped in butter with little, sweet almond pieces all over the bread. It. is. awesome. They also have some new drink specialties but I pretty much always stick with their lemonade. Seriously, thinking of Auntie Anne's brings me right back to high school...in a good way.“
