“This past Saturday (5/30/26) I was having a very hard day so I decided to stop Here to grab some food while I was on my way home from work. The young woman who took my order was very kind, but the thing that stood out to me the most was the gentleman who was standing at the window Handing people their food (I can’t remember his name, but this was round 7:30pm ish) He was an absolute ray of sunshine. He saw me as someone who was very clearly struggling and reminded me that there is such thing as kind people in this world. He gave me a very meaningful pep talk, shook my hand, and then sent me on my way with my food. This man deserves the most recognition he can get. He is the kind of person to unknowingly save somebody’s life for the simple act of being kind. I am very grateful to him And I hope that he gets the recognition that he deserves.“

“The chicken was good. Wish the hours were consistent. It’s listed as open on Sunday but when arrived during “working” hours it is closed. The small shopping center old and questionable. They have sign now they are only mobile or catering so I would say this business is closed“

“Our order was a reordered since some items were left out a few days prior. They replaced the entire order. The new order was complete and tasty. The order was a double, a single and fries with both. 2 drinks were also included. The only issue was we don't live close so that was inconvenient. We asked for a refund for the items left out to be returned to the purchase method so we didn't have to make the trip. It was denied. So, we waited until the next time we were out that way to get the replacement. All turned out well.“

“Was in Chesapeake Virginia and it was. Free cone day so we stopped at DQ there and picked up a free cone. The DQ'S in Elizabeth City and edenton do not do any permotions at their store they are owned by the same people. Never do the same things thstvall other DQ'S do.“

“Not completely obvious from the main road, this little Dairy Queen is worth a stop. The toppings are always fresh, food arrives fast, I've never gotten an incorrect order and servings are always the amount expected or more (at least for ice cream). And this is hands-down ALWAYS the friendliest fast food store staff I have ever met. I don't always get the same person, but whomever is at the window always greets me and has a big smile. That alone keeps me coming back. This must be a fun place to work.“

“Drove to this location from Suffolk due to being tired of the poor service and stale food and was not disappointed. They were very busy when we arrived and the line moved surprisingly fast, when we got our food we were offered a burger king crown for our little ones!!! “I think it’s important to write a review when you have an awesome experience, and today was that day at Dairy Queen. It was really busy today around 8 so I decided to go inside. 1) everyone was extremely safe in regards to COVID 2) the cashier I had (it says Kiera on my receipt) was extremely nice and efficient. I told her I had a hefty order (8 ice creams) and she was able to get everything accurate right off the bat and was just overall so sweet. Awesome job girl👍🏻 3) they made ALL my ice creams so quickly. Like....freaky fast efficient. The woman working the counter made sure I had enough spoons, put all of them in a drink carrier for me and the best part.....OFFERED TO HEP ME BRING THEM TO MY CAR 😱😍 just amazing. “The food I got was absolutely terrible. I don’t know why, but my fries were sour for some reason. Besides that, everything else was pretty okay. The only reason why I gave the service and atmosphere a 4/5 is because I came right before closing time, of course the atmosphere and service isn’t going to be the best. At that time, literally no one wants to work, and yet they still gave me my order quickly and correctly, which is something I can respect. And yes, I get that the food may not be the best at 9pm, but it doesn’t excuse my fries being sour, I would have expected them to be cold instead.“

“Best panda express location we’ve been to in 5 years of living here, workers are nice(Ashley, David, Vlad, Caesar, and their manager Mr. Noy ESPECIALLY).
