“Typically I have great experiences here and love the food however I am frustrated by my recent visit. I ordered on the app simple combo and extra order of fries. I didn’t receive my fries and was asked to provide a receipt which is confusing when I’m sitting there and they just made my order and handed this to me. So I’m having to prove what I ordered then have to wait for 5 minutes for just my extra fries while my other fries are getting cold. It’s not a BIG deal but it’s those little things that make you see customer service is NOT a priority.“

“The food is amazing!!! Been coming here for years now and never had a problem with any of the food they make. The wings are crispy and juicy, the alfredo pasta is extremely flavorful, the bowls are delicious and very filling, all while being able to make the food incredibly fast“

When I pulled into the drive thru, your associate was singing and dancing with a huge smile on his face. I immediately laughed for the first time in months. His joyful demeanor meant more to me than he'll ever know! I really hope he gets a raise because he truly deserves it!! He's one of a kind who goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience! “I wish I could have taken a photo of the food for reference, but it was all gone before I could take a photo, so instead here is a photo of the establishment itself. This has been by far the best hot chicken I have had in years. The staff was so kind. My daughter said she wanted chicken nuggets and French fries. The waffle fries alone were phenomenal! 10/10 will be coming back to this location on NY next cheat day!“

“i went yeaterday around 5:30 pm and the service and professionalism was top notch and way above what i expected. my very first time personally going to chic fil a despite eating it before and its a place i wish other places modeled their professionalism and a place i would definatlety visit again for a quick bite to eat. im sure other locations are great but i visited this one specifically traveling from Richmond for work and those employees really showed me theres still good hard working young people with decent morales and ethics looking to start their futures and financially stabilize themselves. “If you ever hear the saying, ‘Take that frown and turn it upside down,’ I truly experienced that today at Chick-fil-A. I had been having a very rough evening and honestly was not in the best mood when I arrived. However, a young lady named Jocelyn completely changed that for me.

Her kindness, warm conversation, and the way she interacted with both my dog and me were so genuine and uplifting. She probably doesn’t even realize how much her positivity meant in that moment, but she truly turned my entire mood around. “Bojangles is always great. However I just want to take the time out to say we'll done to the service we received at the drive through today. The gentleman took our money and then preceeded to tell us that there was a missing child in the area and what he looked like, his age and that he couldn't speak English. The gentleman said if we see him please call the police. I didn't get the server name but I definitely appreciate you. You could have told us have a great day, or do you want fries with that, but you wanted everybody to know that there was a child missing. I respect Bojangles for doing this. “Had a deal - buy a large drink and get 3 tenders. Tea was great, service was fast. The tenders looked and tasted like they were the end of a batch and had been either overcooked or just sitting for a bit. Still a good deal - I cut them up and used in a salad. Will return, but for breakfast which is the best for Hardee's food.“

“Reasonably priced exceptional hotdogs and sandwiches. There are beers and cakes also. Just a nice little cafe to grab a bite to eat and not feel rushed out the door. The decorations around the walls are a good laugh. I loved eating here, I am just gutted i found it so late in my 3 year posting to Virginia.

I gave this five as it hits the criteria I was looking for. It might not be Michelin starred however it's exactly what you sometimes need. And the awards of best dogs in Virginia beach can't be wrong.“

“I love coming here. The food is great for the price. We paid $13.42 for 2 biggy bags. Delicious, that's 2 double cheeseburger, 2 fries and 2 ranch chicken wraps with 2 drinks. All that for $5.99 for each bag. Way better than McDonald's & or Wendy's. Come check it out. And it's never crowded, plenty of seats and a drive through also.

“Good experience. Food was prompt and side portions matched the fish and shrimp platter (fries and coleslaw).

Staff was very helpful. Place was clean, though the restroom looked a bit battered (pun intended). It could use a glow up.

The food was good with the shrimp being surprisingly good.

The gentleman who is named "Wanyan", I completely apologize if I spelled it wrong is the best experience I've had with any fast food location in quite a while. Being a large family that needs multiple items for our order. The gentleman seems to be working all alone but he had no issues completely our order in reasonable time and without any issues. Everything we ordered was there, it was fresh, and all the condiments and utensils were present. “If your old and retired and you find yourself a nice quiet place to pass 30 minutes before the bank opens at 9 this is the place to go. Very clean and fastest counter service. When the place is nearly empty you get the full customer service experience. I did notice the drive thru line was very full but little customers on the inside. They even brought my order to my table neatly on a tray and not bagged up.“

“Stopped by this Taco Bell today and had one of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve had in a long time. It’s been a long day, and the woman working the drive-thru was genuinely so kind, warm, and friendly. “My wife and I went to the beach on our way back to the resort. We had an opportunity to stop in at Zero's Subs ! Staff was super friendly and our subs were delicious ! If you're looking for a place to have lunch. We would highly recommend zeros subs in Sand bridge !“

YOU should tell your customers that the charge will show up on their credit card statement as NPC INTERNATIONAL because i went into panic mode when i saw the charge on my statement knowing I didn't make any purchase today and did not recognize npc, and it was only in the middle of filing the dispute, that the bank told me it was a restaurant and i put two and two together (with the amount charged) and realized it was pizza hut, FROM 3 days ago, and canceled the dispute, no where on the receipt or web site, that i saw, alerts customers to this fact. I am really surprised that pizza hut has not alerted customers to this information.“
