When I pulled into the drive thru, your associate was singing and dancing with a huge smile on his face. I immediately laughed for the first time in months. “Typically I have great experiences here and love the food however I am frustrated by my recent visit. I ordered on the app simple combo and extra order of fries. I didn’t receive my fries and was asked to provide a receipt which is confusing when I’m sitting there and they just made my order and handed this to me. So I’m having to prove what I ordered then have to wait for 5 minutes for just my extra fries while my other fries are getting cold. It’s not a BIG deal but it’s those little things that make you see customer service is NOT a priority.“

“Came in today for some quick eats before heading back home, and was served by such a lovely woman named Connie.
She took her time with my order and really kept and replicated the Chick-fil-a experience. I was asked if I wanted to scan my app to receive or use rewards, which is great to see employees recommending the use of the app.
She even recommended the water option with my food even though I didn’t out right order. Which was just that extra mile experience that I truly love to see from chick-fil-a’s.

Food is only a 4- 4.5 star because there was not a lot of vinaigrette with my kale salad that I’m used to, but my fries were hot crispy and golden meeting the cfa standard.“

“i went yeaterday around 5:30 pm and the service and professionalism was top notch and way above what i expected. my very first time personally going to chic fil a despite eating it before and its a place i wish other places modeled their professionalism and a place i would definatlety visit again for a quick bite to eat. im sure other locations are great but i visited this one specifically traveling from Richmond for work and those employees really showed me theres still good hard working young people with decent morales and ethics looking to start their futures and financially stabilize themselves. “Reasonably priced exceptional hotdogs and sandwiches. There are beers and cakes also. Just a nice little cafe to grab a bite to eat and not feel rushed out the door. The decorations around the walls are a good laugh. I loved eating here, I am just gutted i found it so late in my 3 year posting to Virginia.

I gave this five as it hits the criteria I was looking for. It might not be Michelin starred however it's exactly what you sometimes need. And the awards of best dogs in Virginia beach can't be wrong.“

The gentleman took our money and then preceeded to tell us that there was a missing child in the area and what he looked like, his age and that he couldn't speak English. The gentleman said if we see him please call the police. I didn't get the server name but I definitely appreciate you. You could have told us have a great day, or do you want fries with that, but you wanted everybody to know that there was a child missing. I respect Bojangles for doing this. I am happy that the child was found and definitely happy that we have people that care about our children. Thank you for all you do. ❤️“

“I love Chick-fil-A and this location is one of the nicer ones even if getting out of the parking lot can sometimes be a bit hectic. While I was here eating breakfast this morning they literally came around and set out fresh cut flowers on the tables. The restaurant is clean and well managed. Everyone I interacted with was super polite and helpful, the food was fresh and came out fast. Overall just an amazing experience all around, and there's a reason I continue to give them my business.“

“We visited this place on a whim. We were very impressed with the food and the service was quick. We ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a cheesesteak with fries. Both were amazing!! Prices were reasonable as well. Definitely try this little grill out!“

“We started by getting a great parking spot. That’s always a plus! When we arrived around 1445, it was steady but not crazy busy. We were greeted right away and able to order. The older guy that took our order was so nice! Food came quick with smiles and the lemonade is always delicious. The music is actually really good. It reminded me of middle school/HS days from late 90’s early 2000’s (yes I aged myself and idc).

It is so fun to see that even with a lot of employees and all different ages etc they are all friendly to each other, singing to the music and you hear laughter but not obnoxious… it’s just a great vibe! The place is spotless too! I can see why, while no one was ordering, the older guy that took our order would restock the drink stations, etc. People that work here CARE about the restaurant and where they work. Even with the shift changing at 1500, everyone is so nice to each other and kind. Now it’s after 1500 (my kids eat slow haha) and it’s been steady busy for the last 20 minutes… but people get their food and drinks just as fast, etc. I love that the older generation working here will greet the youngsters with genuine happiness and the youngsters are receptive and respectful… they all came in and went straight to work. You can tell they’re all friends at work and take pride in themselves, which is such a huge important part of a healthy work environment.

First time ever btw, not just one but TWO different employees came by to chat briefly and make sure we had everything we needed and asked how we were doing. To the shift before 1500 and after… THANK YOU!!!“

“I love coming here. The food is great for the price. We paid $13.42 for 2 biggy bags. Delicious, that's 2 double cheeseburger, 2 fries and 2 ranch chicken wraps with 2 drinks. All that for $5.99 for each bag. Way better than McDonald's & or Wendy's. Come check it out. And it's never crowded, plenty of seats and a drive through also.

They serve the best biscuits around and their prices are extremely competitive compared to other fast food offerings. They also offer regular specials that are very reasonably priced. The noticeable difference at this location is quality of the service provided. I visited three times recently and each time the associates were so friendly and welcoming and made sure I was happy with my order. I highly recommend this Hardee's location.“

The gentleman who is named "Wanyan", I completely apologize if I spelled it wrong is the best experience I've had with any fast food location in quite a while. Being a large family that needs multiple items for our order. The gentleman seems to be working all alone but he had no issues completely our order in reasonable time and without any issues. Everything we ordered was there, it was fresh, and all the condiments and utensils were present. He told me that there should have been another option online, but I don't remember seeing it. He said that he would remake it the way I wanted it. I am always greeted with the best customer service! These people need a RAISE! It’s hard to find good workers these days but this location has two superstars! My food is always fresh.
