“Long overdue review for this location! This was my first Jollibee experience, I’ve seen them on Netflix and had missed the chance to try them in NYC, so the bar was pretty high! I got take out the first night in VB, but they ran out of Halo Halo which I really need to try it after my Filipina friend highly recommended it. The second day in VB, we drove out there to get halo halo. I saw ppl having halo halo and the person in front of me ordered a halo halo, however, it ran out again when it was my turn. I was shocked we ordered other food and I was still very upset. Luckily the cashier came over to my table shortly after we sat down and told us the manager had found more stored away halo halo ? She was the only cashier and there was a long line that went outside the restaurant, and I can’t appreciate her enough to go out of her way to make sure I can have the halo halo. What can I say, I’m a big foodie, and this location has the nicest staff ?? Food wise! I’m most impressed by how well they heat up in the oven! We bought more so we can have it at home too, they heated up really well following the instructions on their website.Other than the chicken, my favorite thing to have it there is definitely the palabok?“
“Typically I have great experiences here and love the food however I am frustrated by my recent visit. I ordered on the app simple combo and extra order of fries. I didn’t receive my fries and was asked to provide a receipt which is confusing when I’m sitting there and they just made my order and handed this to me. So I’m having to prove what I ordered then have to wait for 5 minutes for just my extra fries while my other fries are getting cold. It’s not a BIG deal but it’s those little things that make you see customer service is NOT a priority.“

“04/10/24You get what you expect here if you have ever eaten at a LJS. It had been probably 20 years. Not going to say this is the healthy option but it's good. Had the fish, Chicken, and Shrimp platter. It was good. Coleslaw and green beans. I probably will not be back for a while but it was super solid.“

The gentleman took our money and then preceeded to tell us that there was a missing child in the area and what he looked like, his age and that he couldn't speak English. You could have told us have a great day, or do you want fries with that, but you wanted everybody to know that there was a child missing. I respect Bojangles for doing this. “I go to Chick-fil-A one time every day and I order through my Chick-fil-A app and it is amazing I pulled through. They already knew my car every day they they absolutely signed me right in. I don’t have to wait through the line I go right in boom right through the food is always good although I don’t get it for myself I usually get it for my mother and my daughter, however I do occasionally partake Chick-fil-A is always going to be crowded but at least they always address the crowds and they keep the lines moving and they keep their customers as happy as they can“

“So good we ate there 3 times in 6 days. Very friendly staff serving great pizza. Had leftovers for lunch the next day. Tried lasagna one day and it was excellent and of course had leftovers for later that night. Wife tried ham and cheese sub that was very good and took half back to the hotel. Eat in or take out which was convenient as we stayed right across the street. They have subs, pizza, calzones,hot dogs, burgers etc. Large selection of ice cream also . “The pizza I ordered was really good but the impressive part was the amazing customer service I received from the night manager, Richard Oliver. When I got home I realized my pizza was missing a couple of toppings, and I called the store and he was so kind and apologetic. He didn't ask a bunch of questions or make me feel bad about calling, he just assured me he wanted to make it right and he would make me a new correct pizza right away. When I picked it up at the store he apologized again and made sure it was perfect before I left. He was just so nice! I wasn't upset at all, I totally get that mistakes happen. When you go by the counter, the huge box of peanuts were open and ready for you to pick up from. My wife ordered first and asked if they still do lettuce wraps for the burger instead of a bun. She got asked if it was for dietary reasons or preference... I don't believe this was asked before unless they've been doing it for a few years now. Again, it's been a while since I've been to a Five Guys location. Anyway, I ordered the same thing. For two lettuce wrapped burger meal (shared fries and two regular drinks), the total came out to be more than $40. Okay, I don't mind since I know they usually give a huge burger and two handful fries. But the thing I did mind was the weird vibe that the employee had when we asked for lettuce wraps. I felt like she was judging us a little.Moving on, as we waited inside, they had called out our order and my wife went to the counter to pick it up. She went through the bag and simply asked if everything we ordered was in the bag. She always asks this because sometimes employees from different restaurants forgets to add a few things on the bag and we would have to return to pick up the missing items. Basically, its just her habit at this point. I watched from the table and saw the lady give a weird look at my wife, who was still checking the bag, before she noticed that I was watching the whole thing as it transpired. “Went to this location today for lunch (4/7/2024). The lobby was closed, and the drive through had a sign saying "Short staffed, still open". The girl taking orders, running the window, working front, and doing a bunch of other things was one of two employees there. Let me be clear, she was excellent and the food was delicious. But she was clearly also stressed by being half the staff. The wait was long, but how is it ok to run with only two employees?“
“I have visited this place a few times already and have not had any issues with missing items or being out of food unlike the store on Holland Rd..The food is good and the fries are usually still warm when I get them. Also, there is usually no waiting in the drive thru which makes it even better!“
