Stopped by this Taco Bell today and had one of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve had in a long time. It’s been a long day, and the woman working the drive-thru was genuinely so kind, warm, and friendly. It wasn’t just good customer service, she truly went above and beyond and completely turned my day around. I didn’t catch her name, but I hope management knows how lucky they are to have her.
