I used the kiosk to order so I didn't have any human interaction besides taking the food.My only gripe with my experience is something that happened before at other Taco Bells: when you order a Cravings Box but they put your food in a bag. The picture clearly has a box and I know they exist (I've gotten one before), but for some reason when I order extra food with a Box, it all goes in 1 bag? That makes no sense. I order extra chicken in my beef selections and about 1/3 of the time they will replace it instead of adding. So frustrating especially since it's so expensive to add extra. Why even give me the option if you can't prepare it correctly?
