The watermelon gazpacho amuse-bouche was a sweet start to the meal, followed by Oysters on the Half shell (a personal favorite), and the appetizer special of Peach Burrata salad was lovely. The true star, however, had to be the Black Sea Bass, which was butterflied and grilled, served over rice and vegetables. The sauce had a gentle smokiness to it that built to a perfect lingering flavor that complimented the gentle grilling style extremely well! I was lucky to be one of the first privileged to try it. Crème brûlée for dessert was the perfect completion to the meal. We left feeling very happy, and VERY full! Thank you to your incredible team, who take such wonderful care of us, as well as every customer dining tonight, and every night. Hats off to Heirloom!”

“First time here. All the staff greeted with a smile and was so nice. We got the Jerk egg rolls, chicken Philly egg rolls and the parmesan chicken eggrolls to eat some there and take with us. I was a little hesitant to get the Parmesan chicken rolls but I have to say they were my favorite. Oh and we got the Mac and cheese stuffed wings and they were delicious as well. “Absolutely best waffles in the world ?. Haven't been all over the world lol but been to enough to say these are amazing, we spoke to whom seemed like the owner and she mentioned she's from Greece. These waffles are absolutely divine, go early to avoid wait time. Everything is huge, we loved it and we're from Canada ?? we will be back!!! Yummy I had the chicken and waffles, and tho the chicken wasn't thee best it want the worst. The waffles with Nutella made me so happy ?”

“Aldo’s is my absolute favorite restaurant! I am a very picky eater. My husband, (boyfriend at the time) , took me to Aldo’s on one of our first dates in 1990. If he was trying to impress me..it worked! Jim, the owner, has been there since the beginning and he is amazing! He has treated us like gold for 34 years now! He has sent wine and dessert over on our anniversary, compliments of the restaurant! He always asks us how everything was and of course, it’s always perfect! I have never had an issue. The atmosphere is incredible, very romantic and relaxing. There is live piano and the wait staff are top notch. Jim only hires the best! They have authentic Italian food that has so much flavor and there is nothing like it! I highly recommend Aldo’s for fine dining and just an overall fabulous experience!”

“Stopped here on a whim as we were leaving Virginia Beach and we were so glad we did. Loved the food. We had the shrimp and grits and our son had the pancakes. That was the best shrimp and grits my husband and I have had . Our 17 year old said his pancakes were the best he had ever had. And if you want coffee, they have the BEST!!!! Atmosphere is amazing. All the staff were friendly, and very helpful. Get there early before the doughnuts sell out. Purchased doughnuts for the road and let me say, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be going back when we return in July. Everyone needs to try this place. It is so worth it!!!!”

“What a turnaround! We quit going there about 6-8 months ago because food and service was terrible. Went back about two weeks ago to give them another shot. Pretty much a whole new staff with a new attitude. We had Dee one visit and Kim on another, and they were friendly and attentive. The food was much improved from previous visits, everything was cooked correctly and tasted great.
If you haven't been there in a while, give it a try!”

“Came up to the window and ordered a quarter pounder, large fries, and a pup cup for my dog. So he says that they will make something. So I go to the window to pay and they see Aurora and take my card. I asked if the pup cup was on there and she said they had something different. So now me and Aurora go to pick up our food. So I grabbed the bag with the quarter pounder and fries and she gives me another bag. So I look and see chocolate chip cookies. I went to turn back and tell her that she wouldn't be able to eat them and in her hand she had a cup of whip cream just for Aurora! I feel bad for not having much time to thank them and when I looked back at the recipe it only had the fries and burger. I found it really sweet that they gave us free cookies and a pup cup. Aurora really enjoyed her pup cup and we look forward to coming back soon!”

“I've had coffee from a Black Rifle location in Savannah, Ga but this is my first time ordering food. The Betsy Ross is my go to latte. You can't go wrong with blackberry and white chocolate! Today, I tried the spicy sausage and egg on jalapeño biscuit sandwich. It was surprisingly delicious! I would 100% order it again. I'm not much on "fast food" breakfast sandwiches but this one was good! As always the service was very friendly and they have a great selection of coffee and apparel!”

I didn’t receive my fries and was asked to provide a receipt which is confusing when I’m sitting there and they just made my order and handed this to me. So I’m having to prove what I ordered then have to wait for 5 minutes for just my extra fries while my other fries are getting cold. It’s not a BIG deal but it’s those little things that make you see customer service is NOT a priority.”

Then my wife started with some oysters on the half shell. Very small but tasty. I had the mahi-mahi taco and my wife had some high end tuna, Ahi I think. Lovely presentation and the taste was awesome. Service is excellent and we seldom needed any more than a look and our waitress was at table! Only three dinners in the room but it was after lunch and before dinner in the off season, so it couldnt have been better.”
