“On Friday night, we had a big group of runners that really wanted ice cream. Kilwins was closed, but they saw our group and let us in! The girl that waited on us was awesome and patient. Very thankful! We are from Ohio and really enjoyed the ice cream. Highly recommend. They could have turned us away, but they didn’t and that is rare now a days. I'm headed for divorce court, but I don't care because CRUMBL will always be there for me.“

“I ordered 2 types of Bahn mi. There was little to no meat on either sandwiches. I asked for extra pickeled items it was basic of what I get at other restaurants and they charged me 1.25 for extra. only one tiny spear of cucumber. I loved the reviews but was highly disappointed with the out come. the restaurant less than a mile away is much better mommy mom was 100× better and offer more vietnamese food.“

“My husband and I stopped by on our way home. We've driven past multiple times, but since we were hungry this time, we figured we could try their pizza. We came in around 2pm and it was pretty quiet, which was nice. Our server Katie grabbed our drinks, took our orders, and was polite and friendly. The fried pickles tasted fresh, briny, and delicious. The pizza was good with a very tasty crust and tomatoey sauce. The cheese and pepperoni were good. I probably wouldn't order sausage on our pizza again as it didn't taste like Italian sausage, but almost tasted like breakfast sausage, being too sweet. The only downside to our meal was the group of servers standing around to loudly gossip in the hallway right next to the dining room. And the group of children that came running out of the game room in the back rattled the entire room, sending our table and booth to shaking. We'll be back to try them again and look forward to the garlic knots we keep seeing mentioned! Food: 3.5 out of 5 Service: 4 out of 5“

“On our first trip to visit family in VirginiaBeach, we were looking for an ice cream place. Came across Gillys's Cremery. We are very particularly about Ice Cream. Gilly's did not disappoint. Every flavor we have tried is delicious. Your first spoonful or lick of your icream and you can tell the ingredients are a high quality and made with knowledge. Love their ice cream!!!!“

“We love treating ourselves to Crumbl cookies every time there’s a lineup that looks good to us. We usually have a great experience and if something is wrong, customer service is quick to make it right. We purchased a four regular cookie box during the Fourth of July week and really enjoyed the different flavors offered. The only issue we had this time was that they gave us a mini Summer Berry Tart Cookie instead of the full-size that we paid for. The taste was great, just disappointed at the size error.“

“Our family loves this ice cream shop. We visit as much as possible during our stays in Sandbridge. The ice cream, sorbet and shakes are delicious. And they have legit soft serve! We love that it's peanut free as well, as we usually visit with a large group who have a variety of food allergies. Their team is always accommodating.“

“The staff were so friendly and very generous with their portions! We told them about a food allergy and they made sure to specially accommodate by scooping from the bottom of the trays with new utensils. Ice cream was delicious as expected ?“

“Typically I have great experiences here and love the food however I am frustrated by my recent visit. I ordered on the app simple combo and extra order of fries. I didn’t receive my fries and was asked to provide a receipt which is confusing when I’m sitting there and they just made my order and handed this to me. So I’m having to prove what I ordered then have to wait for 5 minutes for just my extra fries while my other fries are getting cold. It’s not a BIG deal but it’s those little things that make you see customer service is NOT a priority.“

“Uncle Harry's Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream Cake is one of those best 2's of life... If you have... then you Know... If you haven't... then you absolutely have to, and then you will want to eat at least two slices too... meaning also and as well!Seriously folks, If you have Family and there's any Leftovers of this cake, (and that alone would be shocking) anyway... you really should have a padlock on the freezer door, or you won't get any tomorrow.“

“My baby was having a REALLY bad crying spell and we were far from the car and we were trying everything to help her. Ran into the store and asked for some water thinking she might be hungry. I was 100% probably panicky and wild lol and the ladies at the register didn't hesitate and gave us a water bottle free of charge to help make her formula. It was such a kind gesture, and it will always stick with me.

We obviously didn't get to try any dots but the service is great“

“Usually love this Rita’s, the staff is awesome and the owners are super sweet. Tonight we had a not so good experience. We showed up at 9:50, they close at 10. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to come to the window, as we waited the staff made eye contact with us a few times before even acknowledging that we were there. They were cleaning up as they were about to close, all the machines were broken down. After someone finally came to the window, we were greeted with annoyed staff for us showing up 10 minutes before closing. I wouldn’t have written this review if someone would have said “ sorry but we have cleaned up shop and aren’t serving anymore tonight”. I would have been completely okay with it! The open sign was still on, so I’m not sure why there was a problem, I have family in town that are leaving tomorrow and they wanted to come to Rita’s one last time. Sorry for the inconvenience!“

I want to especially recognize Dipan for his outstanding service — he was friendly, patient, and super helpful with helping me choose the perfect ice cream combo. He made it with care and enthusiasm, and it came out absolutely delicious. You can tell he really enjoys what he does!

On top of that, the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, which added to the overall positive vibe of the place. It’s clear they care about both their customers and their team.

This is hands-down one of the best Cold Stone visits I’ve had. Amazing service, great people, and delicious treats — what more could you ask for? I’ll definitely be back and recommending this spot to everyone I know! 🍨👏“

“So good we ate there 3 times in 6 days. Very friendly staff serving great pizza. Had leftovers for lunch the next day. Tried lasagna one day and it was excellent and of course had leftovers for later that night. Wife tried ham and cheese sub that was very good and took half back to the hotel. Eat in or take out which was convenient as we stayed right across the street. They have subs, pizza, calzones,hot dogs, burgers etc. Large selection of ice cream also . If you can't find something to order you aren't really hungry.“
