Bruster's Real Ice Cream is a popular ice cream shop that has been a favorite among locals for years. While the reviews are mixed, many customers have enjoyed the classic "death by chocolate" flavor with its rich brownies and chocolate chips. However, some have noticed a recent decrease in the quality and quantity of these ingredients. The service has also been hit-or-miss, with one customer reporting an unacceptable experience where an untrained employee handled their order without proper hygiene. Despite these issues, the shop seems to be working on improving, as evidenced by a customer who gave them another chance and was pleased with their milkshake. Overall, Bruster's Real Ice Cream offers a generally positive experience, but may need to address concerns about consistency and quality control to maintain its reputation.
