“This was my first experience at a Cold Stone Creamery. The staff were nice and efficient. The place was very small. After sitting at a table to eat our ice cream, we had people walking past us to order, and each one of them had to consciously avoid us by squeezing through. Plus, there was an unpleasant odor in the building.“
