“I want to highlight the amazing service I received today (September 19th at 8:24pm), thanks to Mike. From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in, Mike greeted us warmly. There was a customer before us with a larger order. That order caused the store to get a little backed up and led to a long line, but Mike still took the time to acknowledge us and let us know he’d be right with us.

Once he finished with the customers ahead of us, he thanked us sincerely for our patience and then took our order with a positive attitude and professionalism. During checkout, he went above and beyond by explaining the rewards system in detail (how many points you earn per dollar, etc.), which was super helpful.

It’s important to note that Mike was the only employee up front handling all the customers, yet he managed to keep things moving while maintaining excellent customer service and a great attitude.

I’ll be honest, I almost didn’t come back to this location after a not-so-great first experience a few days ago. I’m glad I gave it another chance, because Mike completely turned it around with his exceptional service.“

“10/10 recommend! I ordered a red velvet cake with an edible baby picture of my daughter for her 18th birthday, and it turned out absolutely perfect! The image quality was amazing, easily the clearest quality picture I've ever seen on a cake. The cake itself was delicious, moist, and decorated so thoughtfully. Everyone loved it! My daughter even started crying when she saw it.

The owner was awesome to work with. She communicated consistently throughout the process. She was proactive in communicating with me when we had a forecasted snowstorm on my original pick up date and very accommodating when I had to change it to the following weekend, which happened to be the superbowl weekend.

Not only is the owner talented, but she is also very sweet and kind. You can tell she cares about her customers and the quality of her work. I will definitely order from her again in the future!“

“I must start by saying that I am a cupcake connoisseur as they are my weakness. I had a chance run in with the owner and her one daughter while they were in Washington D.C. after they did a wedding. In talking to the I mentioned my fondness of cupcakes and they happened to have two cupcakes of their own and they were kind enough to give them to me. As it was at breakfast I didn’t eat them. I returned home to Pennsylvania and ate them the following day. Thus they were now two day old cupcakes and they were still moist and delicious. I was hooked with the cookie butter and I forget what the other one was. I looked them up online and too bad they don’t shop cupcakes as they are 5 1/2 hours from my home. I do plan to go off course when traveling south to get cupcakes from them. These women are amazing bakers and great personable people. One class act at the top of their game. “We couldn’t have been happier with Emma’s first birthday cake! It was absolutely beautiful and fit our classic coastal Fourth of July theme perfectly. The attention to detail was incredible, and it was truly the centerpiece of the dessert table.

But what impressed us even more was the taste. So many of our guests came up to ask where the cake was from because it was one of the best cakes they’ve ever had. It was fresh, moist, and absolutely delicious.
