“Prices are good, ice cream and other goodies are GREAT… the staff though… EXCELLENT! When we arrived they were a little busy but they made a point to acknowledge us and the wait took no time at all. We got a waffle cone and sundae with tons of topping to choose from. This will definitely be my go to for an ice cream!“
“Oh my! Excellent burger and fry. Both cooked immediately after ordering. Fresh ingredients. Crispy bacon. Thick sliced tomato. Large leaf of lettuce. All the donuts and ice cream looked amazing but I was stuffed. I was eyeing this guy's donut sundae when I was leaving though. So much so that I wanted to ask him for a bite. The next time I visit I'm going for sweet rather than savory. The only downside was there was no inside dining.“

Pleasant and helpful even though the place was packed. Take the family or stop alone for a me-time treat. Prices = to any ice cream shop. A true old style parlor eat in or take away.Parking: Parking is always a little difficult in Hilton. But that shouldn't stop you from getting a sweet treat.“
“Cookies always taste fresh even on delivery. Are a bit expensive but they are way bigger than regular cookies. My kids love them. And, when you order multiples they are packaged properly so the flavors remain seperate. Options change weekly.“

“Took my lil ones on 3/23/24 at about 45 min until closing. The 4 that were staffed did very well with the constant influx of guests, working together, keeping everything tidy as if they just opened even considering they were so close to clocking out. “Ritas was ordered and served at our wedding at the James River Country club on 8-12! It was perfect. Rita’s was our first date so it was great to have it at our wedding.Coordinating the order was an easy process. I was able to discuss all the details with the manager via email about the date, guest count, different Italian ice amounts and what would be best based on our guest list. The prices were pretty decent, and did include the cups and spoons. However, I did notice the prices are increased a bit compared to just Googling the party packs online. But they were worth it!We had plenty to serve. There were so many flavors to choose from, it truly was hard to narrow down! Every guest commented saying it was perfect to eat during cocktail hour after the hot wedding ceremony on the beach.Thank you Rita’s for always serving good dessert, being the host of our first date, and allowing us to bring you to our wedding. Rita’s will forever hold a special place in our hearts.“

“I would give this place 5 stars, they just opened and there’s a lot of pluses! Friendly staff, convenient location, delicious treats! Our only issue has nothing to do with the food or people, it’s the parking lot. We parked, walked in to get ice cream, and tried to leave but got trapped in by the long line. Careful where you park! People will just keep adding to the line. I can see this being a bigger issue during the summer which is why I chose to bring it up now. Worth fixing before then! Also please add an Orange Julius if it’s possible!“
“Freddy’s is a great restaurant that serves the best frozen custard in town. Reasonably priced and easy access. They also have a dining club that offers different levels of free food up to $10.00 off. The staff is friendly and that means the managers got it right in their hiring processes.“
“Good burgers and fries. Much better than fast food burgers. Very pricey. A burger, small fries and a drink is $20.00. They keep a TV tuned to sports talk turned up loud every time I go in there. Very annoying. There is a weird funky smell inside the restaurant every time I go in there that smells like the inside of a men's bathroom.“

“I have always loved pelicans! Not only do they have an excellent selection of flavors and toppings but they also have a wonderful owner. Ms. Lisa and her team have always greeted myself and every customer with a smile. They are willing to take the time to explain flavors and even allow you to have samples. This place is very family friendly, clean and a wonderful small business that fits perfectly here in Yorktown. If you're ever passing by please stop in and experience this for yourself! “Clean, located in City Center, milkshakes taste nice somewhat small potion compared to other chains. Gives a cash discount to customers paying cash which is nice. Small seating area inside with a few places to sit outside to enjoy your ice cream parking somewhat hard to find. Going to come back again to try other things on menu.“
“Childhood favorite. Good to see quality of food hasn't changed. This specific location was un-kept and dark. It was a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Machines were dirty. Staff appeared to hate being there. I get no one likes working, but being friendly is literally part of the job.“
