“Last night, I had one of the worst experiences in customer service of my life. My friend and I still could not believe how absolutely frustrating that situation was and how upset we were over some “cookies”. I have never come to Crumbl and had such a terrible experience. While, I will not be going into detail as to what happened, I do wish to say we returned this morning to lodge a more formal complaint about the issue.

We spoke with a manager named Mikayla (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) and I have decided that I want this review to be more about how she handled the situation.

To be frank, she listened to all of our complaints about the problem. From the severe rudeness to all of the individual issues we had with it. She was kind and legitimately cared about the issue despite it being 8:30 am and clearly not on her shift. She allowed myself and my friend to fully speak about the whole problem and addressed all of our concerns. I have to say that’s probably the best experience I’ve ever had with management hearing and handling an issue. I just wanted to come here and talk about how great Mikayla was and how satisfied we are with the way she handled it.

A lot of times, customers are not always correct but this all was truly not my fault. A simple legitimate apology would have solved this whole mess.

And to be clear, an “I’m sorry you feel that way,” isn’t an apology. Mikayla deserves a raise because at this point she is the only reason I’ll be giving this Crumbl another chance. So thank you so much to Mikayla for providing outstanding customer service. You are the best!“

“I had the tangerine, pineapple, and coconut with diced kiwi fruit and that combination was amazing! My favorite flavor was the coconut: it smells fabulous, tastes authentic, and is so very smooth. I plan to go back tomorrow for more flavors I wanted to try. Delicious!“

What a fantastic find! After a long day of exploring Williamsburg and a trip to the movies. Bubba's was the perfect treat. They have a huge selection of ice cream, and the scoops are incredibly generous for the price. I got the Salted Caramel Brownie in a cup and it was ballin'!!!
The staff was very friendly and patient, even with a long line. The attached tourist shop was a nice supriss – much better than the average gift shop, with some really unique items.. cups, flags, candy and all the bigfoot swag yoy could dream of! We'll definitely be back because we just moved to Williamsburg! #neighbors“

“Wow! I have found the store that has all I have been looking for in great desert! I love ice cream and especially soft serve and I love fruit and chocolate. Also, I only go to establishments that put the customer first. This shop has it all, creamy high quality soft serve with all my favorite flavors including rich chocolate and fresh fruit choices! You can combine two flavors in a swirl and then go the to next spot you choose to continue to add the amount you desire into your cup. You have quite a number of toppings to choose from as well. They weigh the cup and charge you by weight. The focus is on the customer and on serving and supporting the community. Very pleasant staff and they know how it all works. The best of the best!“

“I love the Williamsburg Chocolatier! I buy these chocolates and candies for my renters as a thank you gift. They go crazy over them, the fudge is to die for! I have purchased about everything from this store and keep coming back for 2nds! So glad I found the Williamsburg Chocolatier at both Williamsburg Bazaar stores in the Williamsburg Premium Outlet Mall. What a delicious treat for me and my guests!“

“We were a party of 6 and we had a great experience. Only one lady was working and she was so nice. She was prompt and what stood out to me was excellent customer service. I wanted to buy a Dasani water, however, they were sold out. She mentioned a gas station around the corner and I thanked her and finished eating my ice cream. Shortly after she walks from the back out to the front and brings me a water (not for sale) and gives it to me. She grateful for that kind gesture. Wish I had gotten her name.“
