We're a family with serious food allergies (peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten -- Phish Food is free of these allergens). I walked into the Ben and Jerry's at the Williamsburg Outlet Mall hoping that they could handle our allergies responsibly for an ice cream cake for a birthday. The owner was extremely helpful and professional! He walked me through their allergy protocols, and showed me the ingredient labels of all the ingredients such as sprinkles. 5/5 str experience at Ben and Jerry’s.We took a break from back to school shopping and ducked in Ben and Jerry’s for a few minutes of air conditioned refreshment.Staff was pleasant and patient as my children tried 2 or 3 different flavors before making a final decision.There were also two lactose free options on the menu which came as a pleasant surprise.Everyone was very happy with their selections of either 2 scoop cups or iced beverages.

My daughter and I went here on Tuesday. The gentleman that assisted us was absolutely amazing. He engaged with my daughter and her endless questions. He made suggestions and explained what made the flavors popular and special. When I asked him for suggestions he did not disappoint. His customer service was incredible and I appreciate all of his patience and positivity!Also the cleanliness of the store was great!
