My family and I love coming here. The staff is always friendly and efficient. As soon as you walk through the door there is always 2 or more staff ready to serve you with smiles on their face. They have patience and you do not feel rushed when trying to pick from the menu. The ice cream hard and soft is really delicious. My family and I are always satisfied when we leave The Big Scoop. I highly recommend this place.
