When we walked in, first thing I noticed was the cleanliness. It was very cute and clean inside. There is a variety to choose from. They have a bourbon ice cream that is so good, it's savory sweet. I don't remember the name but I will go back just for that. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and didn't rush us. We enjoyed our experience.
Big Scoop is a hidden gem! The shop is welcoming and extremely clean. We were greeted by two friendly young people who looked like they actually enjoyed their job! Both were polite, patient and accommodating while waiting on us. Big Scoop offers generous portions and the ice cream was amazing- creamy and flavorful. I can’t wait to visit them again the next time I’m in the area!
After doing some research about local ice cream options we decided to check out the Big Scoop. They have a wide variety of options. We’re a family of six and we ordered Italian ice, soft serve, and milkshakes. Everyone loved it. Prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were great. Most importantly the staff was kind and helpful, letting everyone try flavors.
