My family and I love coming here. The staff is always friendly and efficient. As soon as you walk through the door there is always 2 or more staff ready to serve you with smiles on their face. They have patience and you do not feel rushed when trying to pick from the menu. The ice cream hard and soft is really delicious. My family and I are always satisfied when we leave The Big Scoop. I highly recommend this place.
Wife and I stopped there on a date night and shared the S’mores Sundae (they have hand scooped, but their sundaes are made with soft serve). Place was clean, staff was great, and the ice cream was delicious.
My sister niece and myself visited The Big Scoop yesterday for the first time. The girls that were working quickly came to help us when we walked in. They offered samples of the ice cream and were very nice! The ice cream is very good the portions and price are great! This is going to be my go to ice cream shop!
