“Me Yaca is one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. Our waitress was so wonderful and attentive and the food was great. The lobster is to die for!! Our experience was great from the time we stepped into the door until we left. You won't be disappointed!! I would give it more stars if I could.”
“On Sept 9 2022 my friends visited Carrabba in Williamsburg during our excusion. The server, Laura, was more of a treat than what we could have imagined. She was friendly, acompandating to us, the seasoned ladies. She knew what to say and how to interpret facial expressions. She didn't get upset when a dish had to be sent back. The manager was gracious also. But Laura, is the consummate server and needs to train others on how to be kind to others whether you want to or not. Give her a Raise!!! We will be back.”
“We are so glad we found this place. The drinks and food were outstanding. Our server Kristy was super. Very knowledgeable on the menu and helpful when we had questions. I had the Bison with butternut squash ravioli which was amazing. My wife had the meatloaf. We talked about our meal for the next several days. I wished we had room for dessert. We did take cookies home.”
“Another great night at the Aberdeen Barn. Drinks and appetizers at the bar. Enjoyed an awesome conversation with a couple from Bethesda. The bartender, Ron, did a great job making all of us feel welcome.”
“My husband and I attended their recent soirée and it was absolutely phenomenal! Best drinks and food I have had in a long while that complimented each other wonderfully. The staff is truly talented and their passion absolutely shines through to the plate, glass, and the customer’s overall experience.”

“Adre was an absolutely awesome bar tender! Managed service in the bar and table side! Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely connected to visitors needs. Fielded questions, recommendations and able to provide feedback on the difference between farmed oysters and naturally farmed( York and James River harvests)! Amazingly efficient and friendly! We will be back!”
“Keep up the amazing job. The food, service, and hospitality are at its finest. We look forward to seeing you all soon. We travel from Hampton roads area to enjoy a delicious meal. Teresa and friends.”
“Fantastic! The best meal I've ever had in Williamsburg and I've been coming for over 30+ years. The potato soup was smooth, tasty, and velvety. The hearts of romaine was refreshing. The braised short rib was absolutely superb with the jasmine rice. Flavor explosion! The short rib was extremely flavourful and so tender that every bite melted in my mouth. The amazing end to our meal was the dessert. The macadamia nut pie with the caramel sauce was unbelievable. The caramel sauce was fantastic. Salted caramel. The macadamia nuts were all perfectly rounded and whole, which made for nutty and satisfying bite. The Madelines were to die for. It was autumn on a plate. Layers of flavor. Every bite kept you yearning for more. Fat Canary is an absolute must place to dine when in the area. It's definitely worth every bite!”

“When we arrived we were told the wait would be 20 minutes, but we're called to a table in 5 minutes. The waitress immediately came to our table and took our drink order. Drinks took 10 minutes then we ordered and our meals were done in 10. The service was incredible and food was perfect. would definitely recommend it”

“Kingship coffee is so good I decided to serve it exclusively at my Bistro & Bakery. Viktor is expertly knowledgeable in the many facets of roasting and brewing, it is mind boggling. The customer service is a standard bearer for other local businesses.”
“Was pretty upset we didn’t get to go there Fourth of July weekend. But it’s Pretty cool they shut down and take the holiday off though. More small businesses should do that when they can. We have Been before and the steak and cheese are always killer. Hopefully I get to go back soon”

“We had a wonderful dining experience from the welcoming greeters at the door to our wonderful server. The food was amazing from pea soup to steak to dessert, and the punch bowl! The Pringle’s ginger beer drink was very good, too. My daughter loved the oysters. It was a wholesome experience with live music and authenticity in the details (even the silverware is made in Williamsburg). It was also a treat to eat somewhere where historical figures dined in colonial times, but also really an art form to serve a menu inspired by recipes from the 1700s (and everything tasted amazing and fresh). The service was pretty impeccable for the whole staff (lots of servers, greeters, and staff).”
“We were in the area for a quick meal with kids but found this treasure and loved every dishes. This is the first time my youngest finished the whole plate and the fried rice was so delicious. The Maguro Ninja was my favorite for sure, the spicy and freshness of the tuna were best combination. Miso and Tonkatsu ramen was a hit for our family too. We loved this place so much that we come back again before heading home. This will be our go to place for whenever we are in the area”
“Aside from my welcome at hotel reception, eating at the Golden Horseshoe Grill was my first impression of Williamsburg—and it was lovely! Each person who worked there was very kind, and I got to interact with at least five of the restaurant staff. The pulled pork was delicious. I sat outside and got to enjoy the view. Good people and good food. Definitely recommend!”
“Excellent food! Great service! Eve behind the bar really knows her business, as does the Serbian gentleman who makes slamming Margueritas (cannot for the life of me remember his name). Absolutely well worth the visit.”

“Derrick our waiter was exceptional! My daughter and I recently went to a luncheon program in the Regency Room. Other years there has been a buffet, but this time it was a set plate affair. Flank steak was on the menu! My daughter is vegetarian! I quietly inquired of Derrick if a vegetarian plate was possible? As he brought everyone at our table their meat meal, he set a vegetable meal in front of her! She was surprised and delighted! He saved the day!”
“To truly experience an 18th century tavern, I would suggest visiting this establishment. The food was exceptional, and the staff presented interesting historical information in the dining rooms, enhancing the overall experience.”

“We are visiting from New Jersey and ate here on our first night in Williamsburg. I wish we ate here on our last night because my husband and I cannot stop talking about how amazing the food was here. We love supporting local restaurants and trying a new restaurant each night but we contemplated each night if we should go back here because we could not stop thinking about all of our food. They had the best baked clams I have ever had and their key lime dessert was so light and refreshing. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and was really upset I couldn’t try any of the raw options so we will definitely be coming back here once the baby is here. Noah, our server, was amazing and the whole ambiance was so relaxed and chill. Highly recommend, it is worth every penny!”

“Well, apparently I’ve been missing out for the past 20 years! We’ve always gone to another Italian restaurant on the other side of town, but I’m moving soon so we decided to try out Antonio’s since it’s around the corner from my new home. WOW!! Talk about delicious! Seriously, we both said it’s our new favorite Italian restaurant in town. Can’t wait to go again!”
“March 2024
I used to come here at least once a month or so when I lived up the road in the Richmond area, so while visiting Williamsburg I was happy to come back after quite a few years. We even came here two days in a row for dinner. Everything here is wonderful, whether pizza, spaghetti, lasagna, bread, or desserts. You really can’t go wrong and prices are very reasonable.”
“We LOVE this restaurant! Always our first and last stop when visiting the area. Delicious bbq and I love the fries! We love it all, including the wonderful desserts. Met the gentleman who owns Pierce’s during our stop today before returning home and what a nice, pleasant man! You will not regret eating here!”
“We went today after the restaurant was recommended to us, and I’m SO glad that we did. This was the best Italian food I have had in a VERY long time. Everything that we had was absolutely incredible!! Highly, highly recommend.”
“This is a hidden gem right on Richmond Road in Williamsburg. The food is excellent as well as the service. Leave room for the desserts!! We got an orange cake (made in a sheet) which was so moist it was dripping with deliciousness. Prices were very reasonable $11 for a wonderful beef/lamb gyro.”

“Never have been to Meadows before; but I will be back. The custard tasted sooooo good. The people were nice and patient. Everything looked so good and it was hard to make a choice. The portions were good, the added items in the sundae were fresh, crunch, and tasted good. Thank you for a great experience!”
“This was a whole different chick-fil-A experience as the restaurant is hidden in an historic building on the fringe of the College of William & Mary. Best part of all though were the people working there. They're experts at empathizing and communicating with college aged students. The place has an entirely different vibe and I felt like I was in a strong community of people who know and care about one another. Oh and the chikn ? was delicious too”
“Always friendly and courteous. Very clean and organized. The employees go above and beyond and make the experience much better. There's something to be said for doing more and making the customer happy. That should be acknowledged. This store is definitely doing it right.”
“Amanda our waiter was wonderful and made great wine recommendations. The food was delicious. All of the staff were attentive and thoughtful. Overall a great experience, would recommend.”
“Local brewery in Williamsburg, VA. They have a nice-sized taproom and outdoor seating area. Great selection of beers on tap and canned. They host many activities like trivia, sporting events, and many others. It's a great place to gather with friends or meet new ones. Usually, a food truck is on site. Smaller parking lot, so arrive early.”
Cheap Eats
“Small hole in the wall. Good food, excellent snack stop. The place is clean. However the food isn't cheap, especially if you are looking for a full meal, or a meal for a large group of people, seating is limited. It's got an outstanding Boba drink selection, but as I said, it's a snack stop. The food can be pricey in bulk and it's not a place designed for serving large groups. Need a Boba to go? This is the place to get one.”
“My family and I all love 7 Mares Mexican Grill! I was raised in Southern California, and this restaurant tastes like home. The staff are warm and friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The Quesabirria street tacos are my favorite. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you’re looking for good comfort food ?”
“This is a great gem in Williamsburg. I loved the chill atmosphere with art around you. There is plenty of outdoor space and live music when we were there. We shared the Turkey Brie Sammie. It was delicious. I completely understand why this place is #10 on the best coffee shops in Williamsburg.”
“I tried Super Chix while visiting family and it was amazing. The chicken was fresh and juicy. Very generous portions. The rosemary pepper fries tasted great. We finished with the Reese’s peanut butter cup custard which was delicious.
Kudos to Anthony for the awesome recommendation. Well visit again before we leave for home”

“Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant is a well established restaurant located in Williamsburg VA. It has a full service Bar and an extensive menu including soups, salads, pastas, pizza and entrees. It is very busy. Reservations are recommended. Parking can be a problem.”
“I live in NJ and travel to the Williamsburg area 3-4 times per year. La Terraza is ALWAYS a stop for us. The sangria and Sangaritas are amazing and the white sauce served with the chips!!! The birria tacos are a favorite. You also have to let them make you guacamole tableside. You will not be disappointed!”
“Me and my boyfriend had the best time here last night celebrating our 6 year anniversary. We had looked around for a good place to end off the night with and this one showed up and looked so good. It was so much better than the pictures, Ian was the best. We would tell him what kind of beer we liked and gave us ones to try and they were always perfect, he even helped me look up my favorite beer so we get figure out what it was made from so I could find the best one for me. Him and another customer helped us find more places to go on our trip, it was just the most enjoyable experience at this place and we can not wait to go back.”
“Great "local" bar ? with lots of beer choices and succulent seafood dishes ?! Good vibe and a superb place to watch sports ⛹️♂️ !!! The salads ? are outstanding, especially with protein add-ons. I'll have to return to try the Burgers ?! Looked ? really good ??!”

“I would like to say “THANK YOU” to all the staff and especially our servers that took part in making my husband’s 80th Birthday Celebration today a day to remember. Your attention to all of our request and the excellent service you provided to our group of 25 was noticed by all of our guest. The food was delicious, the lemon drop martinis were so good. Thank u for the music you provided, the guest definitely noticed that old school music. I would recommend this restaurant for a great time for your celebrations.”

“My husband and I ate here for the first time tonight, and it was amazing! Service was quick and efficient :) The cilantro lime chicken and broccoli (best broccoli I've EVER had!) were delicious! My husband had the Jamaican jerk chicken with jasmine rice, and it was excellent, too. The bread that was brought before our meal was excellent, too. Our server Adelina was knowledgeable and friendly. Very attentive. The only issue is that we were too full for dessert! I'm sure it would have been amazing as well :) The parking lot was full, but we only had a 10-minute wait. Highly recommend!!”
