It was nearly flawless, only that, there's no comfortable seating for dining. You have to find seating wherever you can. Other than that.. A nice paced food assembly line, where you probably want wait as long as you think you may. And the food I tried( Ribs, Fries, and Green Beans..) were excellent
if you love ribs this is the place to go!! The ribs arre so tender!! The restaurant is in Busch Gardens, so, you have to either pay for the day unless you are a member. Members of BG can visit every day if they want. We are members, we live 3 miles from BG, so for us, its worth it!!
We visited on a Saturday in late November 2025 during Christmas Town.
We had a 4 all day dining passes and it was totally worth it based on the price of these entrees. We order 2 Trapper's smokehouse samplers, a st. louis style bbq ribs and a salmon platter.
The trapper's smokehouse samplers were great. You get 2 slices of brisket, 2 ribs and a chicken thigh. You also get a large roll and fries that all counts as the platter so the meal plan allows a side or dessert...read full review

The French fries are consistently praised as good. Overall, Trapper's Smokehouse provides a kid-friendly environment and is fully accessible, although parking follows park regulations.
