McDonald's in Williamsburg

“Met expectations. We have not been to a McDonalds in YEARS. We were heading out early for the day and needed a quick bite. Ordered in the app (niece said we should dload). Placed the order and they were bringing it to us in the pickup spot #5 within 3 minutes of ordering. Gotta say...was surprised. Nice job!“

“This is my favorite McDonald's and I go here almost every day for my Diet Coke. Occasionally, there can be order mixups, however this location tends to be the busiest in my area and at times can have a lot of newer people. The core team always seems to hold it down though and I've never had too long of a wait at this location. I do hope that the owner of this location does a drive thru and menu board upgrade soon to help this busy location and make their teams lives easier here. That and fix the wonky, flashing overhead light at the first drive thru speaker. Overall, love this location and the people here!“

“We stopped in to get a quick burger and something to drink... A GORIOUS young lady took our order... she was patient, smiles, polite and courteous! We ordered in and she brought our food to our table.... the food was REALLY good, atmoshere was good and the service was GREAT!“

“I waited a good bit at the window for my steak bagel. They have mirrored windows, so you can't tell when someone is there at the window. I tried to get someone at the window, wanted ketchup, but they didn't respond and I didn't want to hold the line up, so I left.“

“This was my 3rd location in the area. First one didn’t have sweet and sour sauce, 2nd one system was down, and 3rd one system was down in drive thru. But they were open inside. Food did take a long time but it was fresh, pipping hot, and they were so professional making sure all of our needs weee met. Nobody had the wrong order. They were communicative, just all around good people. I didn’t get there names, but they were a good crew.everything was nice and clean as well.“
