McDonald's in Norfolk

“The last few times we have ordered from this location it's been horrible. Cold food, missing items, long wait. However, I decided to try again tonight and it was perfect. I don't know is someone new to over but the food was hot, service was fast, and the order was correct!“

“We went through the drive-thru and had an amazing experience thanks to Lee! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. Even through a quick drive-thru interaction, he made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Our order was correct, the service was fast, and his excellent customer service really stood out. “I went to the drive-thru at 3:49pm I placed the order for a fish fillet and fries and a cup of water the service was fast of course that was not many cars in the Drive-Thru when I made it to the second window to pick up my order the young lady did not have people skills she not read back my order to make sure I was getting the correct order and she did not say thank you.She very rude“

“Went for a to go order and was welcomed by rashonda she provided immaculate customer service by attentively checking on us while we waited on our order and did a quality check to ensure we were satisfied with our order , people like her make the world go around“

“Friendly staff! There are only 4 tables which were all full when I took my granddaughter there so we couldn't get a seat at first. Someone got up and let us sit down which was very nice. I get the new design but only 4 small tables. Don't like it.“

“Definitely not the average experience at a McDonald’s. Although not healthy the food was prepared correctly, hot and fresh. Everything was made right package right and the Customer Service even walked around the store to make sure everybody had what they needed and we’re comfortable. I also noticed the place was impeccably clean definitely not your normal. McDonald’s absolutely as far as fast food goes the best experience.“

“Really can't complain. Went to the drive-thru for a sandwich and a nice coffee and came out the drive-thru with a sandwich and a nice coffee. The lady who took my order was just as friendly and nice as the gentleman who gave me my food. My sandwich was hot and my iced coffee was cold. I received napkins in the bag and a straw couldn't ask for more from a McDonald's drive-thru“

“Always clean, always friendly. Can get busy at times but staff work well together to try and make wait times as little as possible. I can honestly say this is one McDonalds who doesn't need a third window! They actually get your order right the first time!“

“I don’t normally leave reviews, but every time my family and I go to this McDonald's we are shocked by how wonderful the staff are. The employees here some of the kindest I’ve met, something that is so rare in the fast food industry these days.“

“*Update again* Looks like doing new hires and management has been on site, much improved and rating up for that.

*Update* They have really dropped in service. Today they lost my order. After waiting 20 minutes there was not even an apology. On a normal day. There's horrible wait times now

“This is one of the best McDonald's I go here when I'm in the area. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and they serve you quickly. So when I'm on Hampton Boulevard and I need a quick bite to eat this is my go-to spot.“
