This Granby Street location has been the worst for at least a decade. Perhaps two or three. It is better to drive to the Wards Corner location. If you order something simple here, and tell the app you are already there before you leave home, it might be ready when you get there. If you can get someone's attention, no one is going to acknowlege your presence. And forget about ice cream at this location.
I went one morning and sat in line to hear a voice come over the order station,stating they were not open they had no help.Then a few weeks later the employee was sitting in her car,she finally got out of her car and walked towards the door,she said in passing we aren't open, issues with our grill.. ?
