We went through the drive-thru and had an amazing experience thanks to Lee! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. Even through a quick drive-thru interaction, he made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Our order was correct, the service was fast, and his excellent customer service really stood out. Employees like Lee make all the difference, and McDonald’s is lucky to have him on their team!
sat in the curbside spot for 15 minutes and no one came out. i went through the drive through and when they gave me my drink and i let them know i ordered a large not a medium i watched the manager fill a large cup to the brim with ice and dump not even then full medium cup of sprite into the large cup and scoop the ice out. rude and unprofessional ive worked fast food its not hard do better
