I needed a charbroiled cheeseburger and Hardee's is Normally on spot, however customer service was Awesome, but my favorite burger was cold. When the cheese ain't melted and it's literally " thrown" together I'm a wrapper, I'm sorry I didn't want to wear Mustard, ketchup and mayo and my request for Extra pickles at reasonable time f day don't cut the Mustard with me. Haven't had Hardee's in a long time,like since I was a teenager. Guess that shows my age,but anyway. Me and the family was on vacation to Norfolk and saw Hardee's in the area. Was all excited to get a double Frisco burger and the wife a mushroom and Swiss. Drive thru service was horrible,like it was a burden to take an order. Waited close to 5 minutes to get our order. Grabbed a fry out of the bag and wasn't even warm. Sandwich was subpar, but editable fries were a huge disappointment....read full review
I had to pull up and wait in the parking lot for a few more minute after paying so I expected my biscuit to be hot wasn't so and there wasn't any grease on the wrapping paper.
