I came from northern Virginia 3 hours away to visit Norfolk and we stopped by penguins in my opinion the mango flavor with mango pieces was the best combination out of everything.I recommend this place to everyone in Norfolk either live or visit penguins and they are way better than the slurpee at 7-11 cause they don’t have the natural fruit like penguins does.
This place has a flavor for everybody. So yummy and refreshing. I had the pumpkin spice. Will be back.
My first time visiting, and Zachary explained exactly everything. He knew it all! This customer service was so awesome that I couldn’t even wait till I got my cup to post this. I’m so excited.
