The staff was very nice and pizza was great
Thank you, Manager Ms. Cynthia, for the amazing attention and outstanding customer service you demonstrated after my terrible experience at another Pizza Hut location on Westland Blvd. Your professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right truly made a difference. You made me feel valued as a customer, and I sincerely appreciate the way you handled the situation. Pizza Hut, you need more managers like Ms. Cynthia. Please make sure you take good care of her because...read full review

Pizza Hut offers great food with courteous and respectful staff. While the atmosphere in-store can be cringy, the delivery service is excellent. The food, particularly the pepperoni pizza and honey hot wings, receives high praise. The crust is crispy and the wings are cooked to perfection. The staff are genuinely kind and professional, even during busy times or technical difficulties, always providing helpful and exceptional service. The pan crust is exceptionally well done with fresh ingredients, while hand-tossed crusts can sometimes be oily, but this location has made it right by replacing oily pizzas. Overall, Pizza Hut serves delicious, buttery, and crunchy pizzas with good toppings, reminiscent of the classic pizzerias of the past. Parking is available in an open shopping center directly in front of the door.
