I'm sorry to say the food was terrible.My burgers were burnt.I had 2 double cheeseburgers.Both of them were burnt.Two French fries, they were both cold. My table I had to clean my shelf, it was very bad. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go there. And if you went through the drive through and you got the same food. I did. They wouldn't know because you were already down the road.

I’m not a hate on fast food type of guy because yes it’s ???? ????. However, this Hardee’s was just disgusting. Most tables had dried on grease so we had to wipe our own tables. Worse part was when we went to get drinks I smelt something very rotten. It was either the tea or the drink machine but there was molded water just sitting. Waited for 20mins with barely anyone else inside since they prioritize delivery service. Which I understand, but if chick fil a can do it they can. Our food was edible just not the best, only complaint is the dry buns.

Absolutely hands down the slowest customer service and drive through in the Hampton Roads area, same food, seemingly abundant staff but very, and I mean VERY slow service. Pack your patience if you attempt to get a meal at this location. Not a one time thing either, fourth visit to this location and service remains the same, will not return to this location.
