We went through the drive-thru and had an amazing experience thanks to Lee! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. Even through a quick drive-thru interaction, he made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Our order was correct, the service was fast, and his excellent customer service really stood out. Employees like Lee make all the difference, and McDonald’s is lucky to have him on their team!

Employees were goofing around and not paying attention. Shift manager asked me twice if I paid for my order. I told her I ordered from the kiosk and I didn't get a receipt. one of the other black female employees came up and gave her the ticket she was looking for. then the same girl gave a snarky attitude. this location is one of the worst as far as service goes.

Food is great and usually fresh. But the drive thru line is always not only long, but also long in wait time. Some times, once I receive my food, my fries are no longer hot, not cold but almost there.
