Normally, I give good reviews, but unfortunately today will not be one of those days.
The woman calling out the to-go orders was extremely rude and sarcastic toward me for absolutely no reason. I ordered a sweet tea with light ice, and when she handed me my drink, the cup was about half full of ice. I politely asked, “Can I get light ice, please?” Her response was, “This IS light ice,” with a very unnecessary attitude.

This is the slowest one I’ve ever been to. Don’t expect such service if you dine in.
They have a lot of people to serve. So there is a wait majority of the time. It could be 15mims to over a hour depending. Get around it by ordering ahead.
My main issue is the self serve drinks have been removed, this paired with how busy and the wait is where my issue is. I should be able to get a refill first off all, but because the drinks get made when the order is placed, everything comes back watered down with no chance of a refill.
