“This McDonald's on London and Effingham Street has THE best fast food consistently for me! I always ask for my food to be made to order and they do so with no pushback and even have a menu order directive for made to order or well done when you order food as such. I've rarely if ever been dissatisfied with my food. The drive through is fast as well.“

“This is the best McDonald’s in this little Tri-City area. Hampton Roads has a ton of locations and there are a few that are not sketchy and have decent service but I guarantee you’re not gonna find a cleaner more considerate positive cheerful environment than this place. you know what to expect for McDonald’s and this is one of the places that we swing by when life gets hectic and I know I can always count on a very high standard of service. It’s so clean and well taken care of and you just wouldn’t expect it from the part of town honestly but it’s so exceptional“
