To say they have "BAD DESSERT" may be incorrect at least as pertains to ice-cream/shakes as the staff of seemingly "ALL" Portsmouth stores routinely claim the machines to prepare them are out of order even during a promotion such as the limited time SCAMrock☘Shakes🥤. So if you want ice-cream or shakes McDonald's probably is not for you. this happened to me at 3 Portsmouth, Va. stores on the same day at Airline Blvd, London Blvd and Military Hwy on March 8 2022. Stopped here on our way to NC from DE. This location is super clean in the dining room and the bathroom. Would stop here again!
For fast food it's alright but the quality is not the best but that's what you expect from fast food anyway. Service is not to good and the food is alright.
