I had visited the Kentucky Fried on Chesnut St, downtown Portsmouth. I was told they didn't have any white chicken for 20 minutes according to the cashier who said he would have to cook the chicken. I then drove to your store and the staff was very friendly and even though you didn't have the kind of breading I preferred, I was able to get my husband white meat which he prefers. There was paper in my Mac n cheese, the chicken was cold and gave me the wrong drink. The employee was also in pajamas and on the phone with someone else while taking orders
The worst intersection lol staff always rude get smart with you it's crazy hated that they closed the one downtown although there's another off Geo Washington hwy.... haven't had any issues with the food so far 😬
