“Each time I go to the Chick-fil-A on Frederick Blvd, they get my order wrong. It's difficult to patronize a business that says my pleasure, and they can't get an order right. It has not been pleasurable at all. Fi d another Chick-fil-A to go to.“

“I had visited the Kentucky Fried on Chesnut St, downtown Portsmouth. I was told they didn't have any white chicken for 20 minutes according to the cashier who said he would have to cook the chicken. I then drove to your store and the staff was very friendly and even though you didn't have the kind of breading I preferred, I was able to get my husband white meat which he prefers. I will definitely go to your establishment for my chicken in the future, it may take longer to get there but the experience will definitely be much better!!“

“Didnt go in but the chicken was really good, nice and crispy and not dry. One time I went they gave me 4 thighs and 4 breasts and no upcharge which was the best experience Ive had at a chicken place. Only slight thing is in the drive through they might need a reminder that you are ready to order.“

“My wife and I walked in to recently moped, wet floors, to an empty store, to the immediate response and attendance of a very small work crew. They greeted us with pleasure, gave us a few minutes to decide on our order, took our order for carry-out and served us quickly. They were very kind and obviously in need of customers. We noticed a couple more businesses adjacent were completely empty and Closed all together. We used to dine out regularly, but the economy is Sooo bad, it's got all the businesses in a stranglehold to towards the brinks of collapse.“
