“I like this establishment. It's clean, the staff was very pleasant, and the chicken was really tasty. You can takeout or eat-in. The restaurant is located in a shopping mall with ample parking. Their specialty is chicken however, they have an extensive menu that I hope to further indulge. I found their prices to be more than fair for the quanty of food you get with your order. I got their chicken, which i found to be moist and tender and fried to perfection. You can purchase the chicken as a meal or individual pieces. I also got an order of their baked beans which you can oreder in small, medium, or large containers. All in all I found Pollard's to be a pleasant experience and plan on visiting again.“
“First time there since the new owners took over (about 2 years). Ordered the livers and gizzards with potato salad and Cole slaw. Livers and gizzards were good but a bit too over cooked. The potato salad was really bland but the Cole slaw was wonderful and different in a really good way.“

“Best Popeyes manager in the area. Ran up on her almost a year ago when my order was incorrect. Same thing this time like last time, she jumped in and fixed the problem fast. She smiled and had a real caring attitude. I decided to watch her the rest of the time while I was there eating. I watched her teach the young and new staff how to prepare the meals. She ensured all the orders were correct. As I left I nodded my head as to thank her. She smiled and nodded in returnBy the way this is also the fastest and cleanest Popeyes too . Thank you!“

“This place is run leaps and bounds so much better than any of the other locations I’ve been to smooth polite and professional their management must be top notch because I would drive an extra 20 minutes anytime to get this service over what I see from the other locations. Awesome!“
“We had a large order for pick up, got home and realized we were given 2 buckets of original when we ordered extra crispy. We had some stuff going on and it was already getting late when we ordered. I finally got a chance to take the 2 buckets back up but the lobby was closed. The manager saw and quickly came out to see what the problem was, he apologized several times and offered to make it all himself right then even tho I knew they were trying to close & go home. The customer service most places these days is awful but this guy was absolutely wonderful He sincerely apologized again and said they were training several new employees but it was no excuse. I really appreciated not having to argue with someone to make something I paid for right (as I’ve had to do many times in the past)“

I don’t know the gentleman‘s name but he’s 60 years old and you would never know it all I can tell you his service is commitment to people in Law Enforcement, and firefighters is outstanding. “5 stars all across the board! My family and I were visiting VA from Ohio this past weekend (Jan. 27th). We decided to stop by this restaurant to grab lunch before hitting the road back home. Andrew and Mike provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Two breaded chicken sandwiches were part of our order but someone accidentally got the order incorrect from the grill. They sent up grilled chicken sandwiches instead. When my mother and I relayed this information to the guys, they immediately corrected the order with a smile. Even with it being a busy hour, they still handled the front desk and drive-thru with grace. They made my family and I feel welcomed and are the reason that wee will visit again. They deserve recognition. Thank you again!“
