“Long overdue review for this location! This was my first Jollibee experience, I’ve seen them on Netflix and had missed the chance to try them in NYC, so the bar was pretty high! I got take out the first night in VB, but they ran out of Halo Halo which I really need to try it after my Filipina friend highly recommended it. The second day in VB, we drove out there to get halo halo. I saw ppl having halo halo and the person in front of me ordered a halo halo, however, it ran out again when it was my turn. I was shocked we ordered other food and I was still very upset. Luckily the cashier came over to my table shortly after we sat down and told us the manager had found more stored away halo halo ? She was the only cashier and there was a long line that went outside the restaurant, and I can’t appreciate her enough to go out of her way to make sure I can have the halo halo. What can I say, I’m a big foodie, and this location has the nicest staff ?? Food wise! I’m most impressed by how well they heat up in the oven! We bought more so we can have it at home too, they heated up really well following the instructions on their website.Other than the chicken, my favorite thing to have it there is definitely the palabok?“
“Omg! The Manager Melanie went truly above and beyond to offer the most amazing first experience. She offered wonderful recommendations of what to order on the menu (which we followed), and she let us have a small sampling of the Lavender and Pineapple lemonade. To suggest the best dessert based on what we were in the mood for. Never have I ever received such outstanding customer service! Melanie is running an incredible restaurant!!!“
“This was the first time myself and my SO visited this restaurant. The food and service were very good. The woman educated me on what each item was because I had no idea. She recommended the rotisserie chicken and of course I had to get their plantains! I've never had Peruvian food and this was my first time trying everything. I recommend, it seems like a mom and pop. I would go again!“

The only thing that would make it better would be if it was boneless. The service was very fast and the food was fresh. I drove past here looking for somewhere else. That was a mistake. I should have saved myself the extra 10 minute drive and stoped here first.“

“Let me just say : this is -my- hub if I ever wanted to get fried chicken. Not only do they sell these, they also sell livers and gizzards. I know this is gas station chicken , but BOI do these slap. Not bad service for what is worth. Anyway, they also serve you with large sides with you 'snack'. Go go go“
“This chicken is the best chicken I have ever had in my 65 years on this earth!! When adding the sauce or even without the sauce this chicken is scrumptious I mean delicious, delicious!! I drive all the way from Portsmouth Virginia to Virginia beach to purchase chicken from Charcoal Chicken.... It's the best thing going in the 757 area and all over the world as far as I'm concerned.“
