Simply the best chicken in town without question. So good that after my first visit to pick up Sunday dinner I ate there again on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Since then we go at least once a week. I started with the whole chicken dinner (I recommend starting there) and then tried the tacos. Each of the 3 tacos that came with the meal had a minimum of a whole shredded chicken breast. Just writing this is making me hungry. Some other reviews mention poor communication (They are Peruvian), cheap take out boxes, paper plates and plastic utensils as a negative. Ignore those reviews. Their focus on quality directed to their food, simplicity, and cleanliness. 5 Star Chicken - Not ambiance.

“The food here is truly spectacular – every dish is flavorful and well-prepared, making this one of my favorite spots. The location is also convenient for me, which is a bonus. However, I had a frustrating experience with my most recent order.

On October 27, 2024, I placed an order online. When my son and I arrived to pick it up, we found the store closed. A gentleman came to the door and explained that they were short-staffed that Sunday and had decided to close for a deep clean. He acknowledged the receipt of my order, assured me he’d contact management to issue a refund, and promised they’d handle it soon. I appreciated his transparency and patience in handling the situation.

“I wanted to express my gratitude toward the staff at this location. I thought I had lost my car keys, and two employees in particular went out of their way to help me. They assorted me to my car in the rain with an umbrella, went through two trash bags, and ended up finding my keys. I’m extremely grateful for all the help! Thank you!“

“Earlier tonight I ordered my food on the app and picked up it at the drive thru. I've been in a horrible mood since my Dad passed away in December. When I pulled into the drive thru, your associate was singing and dancing with a huge smile on his face. I immediately laughed for the first time in months. His joyful demeanor meant more to me than he'll ever know! I really hope he gets a raise because he truly deserves it!! He's one of a kind who goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience! “What a splendid experience! The best dining experience I have ever had in all my life. I was personally greeted by staff members upon my arrival. I was treated like a king. I was treated like royalty. I might be a regular person, but while I was in that restaurant I felt like I resided in the Royal Palace in England itself. Except for the fact that the food I received was so much better then whatever dish the finest chefs in the royal palace could possibly conceive. It was my understanding that Chick fil a prides themselves on customer service, and I became sure of that today. The food was indeed delightful. My meal was splendid! and the experience was fantastic as well. As soon as I bit into that crispy chicken tender, a teardrop fell from my eye. It was unlike anything I had every tried before, and unlike anything I will every try again (unless of course I happen to stop by the Chick-Fil-A 877 Parkway Plaza location once again, which I am sure I will.) It was a great experience. After I left the restaurant, I called my whole family to tell them of this marvelous time I had at Chick-Fil-a. Even my family on the west coast is flying over as I type this review to try it for themselves. I am certain they will not be disappointed. The only thing that would make it better would be if it was boneless. The service was very fast and the food was fresh. I drove past here looking for somewhere else. That was a mistake. “This was my very first time eating from Pollards Chicken and they did not disappoint. I ordered a 6 pc. Wing meal with mixed greens, French fries, and puffs. The chicken and mixed greens were well seasoned and juicy!!! The puffs were fluffy and flavorful! I definitely will be ordering from here again. 10 out 10 definitely recommend!“

“Ordered the 2pc chicken dinner (dark meat) with collard greens and cinnamon apples. Monica took my order and brought my order to my table.The collard greens were absolutely delicious (I added vinegar) & very tender and flavorful. The chicken was crispy & moist (yummy yum yum) finger licking good! The cinnamon apples were good.I like Pollard's Chicken and so glad they are in a convenient location.“

“I haven't experienced customer service from a fast food restaurant like this in YEARS (let alone so-called higher end restaurants). The gentleman who took our order (the receipt shows, "Michael," but I didn't confirm) was the most professional, friendly, helpful server I've interacted with in a while. I made it a point to tell him how pleasant it was to interact with him. He simply stated that he's from the generation where customer service actually meant something. “i went to this general booth location today and got a $20 fill up and a kfc bowl. got home, no kfc bowl. went back to kfc " i was just here" she says" kfc bowl?" i say yes and " i want you to refill the whole order". she says where is the food? i say "back at my house becoming cold, left over food." shes like" ok, hold on". and refilled my whole order. i was blown away and apologized for being a jerk. she was super nice. been going to this kfc for over ten years. and will continue. for ever. lol. best kfc!“

“Chicken is KFC. No issue there. Counter help is typically friendly.Im not sure how its possible to constantly be out of the only food item you serve though. I dont think I have ever been here when either crispy or original was not ready to go. (Mostly go in evening / dinner time for reference)It seems to be a surprise to the managers that while they are open they need to have chicken ready to serve. Bafflng!!“
