“Exceptional food. I had the ceviche mixto. So much food and so fresh. My wife had the arroz con pollo and she had even more food than me. Everything was delicious. Food was served in a to go container and i'm glad since we had so much left over. There are a few tables and chairs so might be difficult to get a table if its busy but I would highly recommend this place.“

When I pulled into the drive thru, your associate was singing and dancing with a huge smile on his face. I immediately laughed for the first time in months. “Came in today for some quick eats before heading back home, and was served by such a lovely woman named Connie.
She took her time with my order and really kept and replicated the Chick-fil-a experience. I was asked if I wanted to scan my app to receive or use rewards, which is great to see employees recommending the use of the app.
She even recommended the water option with my food even though I didn’t out right order. Which was just that extra mile experience that I truly love to see from chick-fil-a’s.

Food is only a 4- 4.5 star because there was not a lot of vinaigrette with my kale salad that I’m used to, but my fries were hot crispy and golden meeting the cfa standard.“

“i went yeaterday around 5:30 pm and the service and professionalism was top notch and way above what i expected. my very first time personally going to chic fil a despite eating it before and its a place i wish other places modeled their professionalism and a place i would definatlety visit again for a quick bite to eat. im sure other locations are great but i visited this one specifically traveling from Richmond for work and those employees really showed me theres still good hard working young people with decent morales and ethics looking to start their futures and financially stabilize themselves. “We love Pollard’s at London Bridge Shopping Center, they are a staple in our monthly eating out rotation! Delicious fried chicken that is always hot and fresh which does require a small wait but never long. All of the sides are awesome that I’ve tried so far, potato salad, macaroni salad, mixed greens, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cole slaw. The puffs that come with the chicken meals are delicious and the perfect sweet compliment with the honey to the savory food. Their hot sauce for their condiments is awesome too! Also shout out to them because we called them when my husband forgot to grab a gallon of sweet tea that we ordered with our meal and they refunded it to my card since my husband forgot it! Best chicken in Virginia Beach, the 757, and definitely one of the best in Virginia, my comfort food!“

The BEST food, good energy, they don’t cheat you on drinks…friendly, affordable. The seafood boils aren’t that tourist crap, they are LEGIT. Don’t sleep on TCS! 10/10!!!“

“Better than Chick-fil-A! The chicken sandwiches are delicious. A little bit spicy but not too hot, just enough to add good flavor. The chicken nuggets/bites are the best I've had and the potato wedges are great too. The portions are very generous and definitely should fill you up. Fair pricing, especially considering how much you get.“

“The fried chicken is pretty dang amazing. Jollibee was closed so I found this place and I think this will be my new place for chicken. Biscuits were a little undercooked but nothing my air fry didn't solve. The honey fried shrimp were yummy. Everything is made to order so call ahead. Fresh, juicy chicken is worth the wait though. They are under new management so if you didn't like it before, give it another shot. I also think I peeped some halo halo containers! I'll probably try it next time.“
