I have been eating Popeyes chicken for years. By far my favorite. In recent years I have been seeing a decline in service and cleanliness.
However, the Popeyes on George Washington Ave in Portsmouth Virginia is a great Popeyes. The person, I think was the manager was very proactive, professional, and very helpful. This store is in the hood. Higher crime area. Staff is friendly. Food is flash and good. I had an issue and they fixed it before I left
