“I stopped by Post Secondary Brewery on a whim and was so impressed. The owner was running the bar and incredibly helpful and friendly. Their black IPA was fantastic. Overall a great environment, beer, and experience with friendly local staff.”
“Every dish I order is amazing! The crab cakes will keep you coming back for more! Those rice bowls never disappoint! You can’t just visit them once! See you again soon!!”
“I've been a patron of this business a few times in the past and recently on 2/10/2024. The place was packed with friendly people enjoying great beer and awesome music. I had a great time and will be returning soon.”
“This was my first time here, my best friend brought me, and it was amazing! Amazing in all capital letters! He’s gluten-free, so those choices were beyond belief. I’m just kind of picky…… But of the five things we tried, absolutely nothing disappointed! And the price was very reasonable and the service was fabulous!”
“I have eaten at Fish & Slips twice now. A friend at work recommended this place and I'm glad he did. I've tried the Blackened Tuna dinner and the Flounder Tacos. Both were delicious! The ambience of the restaurant is what you would hope for in a good seafood restaurant; located on the water with beautiful views of the harbor/boats, wood paneling and decor that gives you the feel of being in a seaside fishing community, not a snooty upscale restaurant. I can't wait to return and try their fish and chips!”
“Stopped in on Super Bowl Sunday and WOW!!!!! I will definitely be back! while.the hostess didn't excited me the waitress was ON POINT! It was pretty busy but she pointed out the specials, took drink orders, answered menu questions and made recommendations too! Now the food.......Slap yo momma good! Best Shrimp n Grits I've had in life!”
“We had no idea what to expect here and we’re blown away by the food. It tasted fantastic! Red beans and rice and oxtail were the most authentic dishes I’ve had outside Louisiana. Staff is friendly and the environment is very upscale! We can’t wait to come back.”
“My wife and I drove an hour and 45 minutes to try The Bier Garden and we were not disappointed! Very friendly staff, attentive and quick service. The food was great! The "small" pretzel is still pretty big, the fried mushrooms were huge! We tried the rouladen (thin steak with mustard wrapped around pickle, onion & bacon), blaukraut (red cabbage), spätzle (a type of dense egg noodle), bratkartoffeln (fried potatoes and onions). My German wife was very happy and agreed that everything was delicious! Oh, and the gift shop is awesome too! Many awesome items and authentic foods. I was hoping my wife would find some things that reminded her of her childhood in Germany and she absolutely did. As an American who has never been to Germany it gives me a chance to try these things too. Just an all around cool place. I definitely recommend giving it a try!”
“Food was subpar. Service staff is good. The wait for food can sometimes take long. But the space is laid back and peaceful and entertainment is nice so you will actually not mind the wait too much unless you on a timeline. Roger Brown's is a chill spot.”
“Service was great and with a smile. Ordered deviled eggs and it had crunchy bits of bacon pieces on top. That was good. Ordered Fried fish dinner. Which was Perfect with no grease but pricey at 20 dollars.Overcharged, but the manager went above and beyond 2 take care of that . Quite impressed with her managerial. enjoy.”
“Best Pizza in the 757! Absolutely adore this place. The people that work here are so friendly, we always have the best service. You can tell they are very passionate, and really care about the ingredients that go in their food.”
