If you’re looking for real southern grandma’s kitchen type of food I would highly recommend this restaurant! I went two weekends in row. To highlight a few items….the turkey wings are cooked to perfection and the collard greens & cornbread was nothing but the truth. My daughter loves the chicken and waffles, however, the fried sweet potatoes and apple pies were horrible…. pastries can be hard to make so I would give them a pass. Everytime ive cone here the Waiters have been extremely friendly , its a great atmosphere, the food is top notch, the cornbread is truly in a league of its own, i always leave here feeling good and the prices are excellent! I could go here for a date, with the church, kids, whoever will love it

For the most part, the food is good. My only complaint is this.While, rice and Gravy is one of my favorite side dishes, theirs is always completely FLAVORLESS.... It literally tastes like cardboard. Maybe put some seasoning in the gravy at least?
