“I had visited the Kentucky Fried on Chesnut St, downtown Portsmouth. I was told they didn't have any white chicken for 20 minutes according to the cashier who said he would have to cook the chicken. I then drove to your store and the staff was very friendly and even though you didn't have the kind of breading I preferred, I was able to get my husband white meat which he prefers. I will definitely go to your establishment for my chicken in the future, it may take longer to get there but the experience will definitely be much better!!“

“This location has gone mostly drive-thru only. Considering that it's drive-thru it's amazing that they can keep up with the demand. They have $10 bucket specials different for each day of the week. The one I got was fresh cooked and very hot. Would have been nice to go in and sit down but this is a very small location“

“We had a dinner party for our kindergarten there and we’re very happy. I had originally made the reservation for the wrong day on accident and they easily accommodated the date fix. Communication was quick and easy. Love that they handle large parties and reservations. The food was super good! And the staff was patient, friendly, and very helpful. I’m glad we took a chance here, and we’ll for sure be back.“

“I am a Door Dash driver, I have never eaten here, I don't eat chicken, but have to say, this is the nicest fast food place to pick up from. They are almost always busy, and the employees remain calm and extremely kind and pleasant. They also don't ignore us delivery drivers when we come in like most places do. Just wanted to give them their props!“

“Disappointed that I received an order that was labels wrong. The sticker was mine but the food wasn't. Simple human error but we hold Chickfila to a higher standard. I wasn't able to go back to a time crunch. Also this location has the better fries because I do not like the ones that they have off of Frederick. They taste fake and not like real potato.“

“Do you want something fast that's not fast food? You've got to try Chicken Salad Chick. This restaurant is conveniently located on Hampton boulevard in the railroad district of Norfolk Virginia. It's clean, bright and cheery with plenty of parking and outdoor seating. They offer a wide variety of different chicken salads, sandwiches, sides and desserts. The food is fresh and delicious and the prices are competitive. I was particularly pleased they offered a pimento cheese just like my mother used to make. I highly recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to go back.“
